Is there upgrades to a NV5600 besides the clutch that make it shift better and smoother? Not hat I don’t like the shifting already. Also is here a way to see if there’s. Aftermarket clutch in my truck without a tear down? Is it possible (if my 6 speed would go) to swap a 5 speed NV4500 in?

Currently my truck is pretty doggy on just the sticks. My thinking is that it’s just the way a SO responds to injectors.

Exactly the same here. I’m not interested in upgrading my turbo I only ant what I can get out of my HX35. As soon as I can squeeze a check out of my financially struggling boss I’m going to order a Qaud

What do you mean by floating gears? No clutch? Shifting while applying throttle?

Hmm this is interesting. So 350HP is a safe guess for a Qaud HX35 and 7x00.85s?

I wish there was a way to calculate hp without a dyno. What I don’t want to do is push my Hx to hard. What’s the max safe boost level for longevity? 28 32? What is going to feel more powerful if the max hp on the HX35 is 350 per say. A Qaud set to kill or an EZ Or XZT?

Ok thanks for clarifying. So it looks to me like getting a Qaud adrenaline is useless becuase it will limit at 350 hproughly. I’d like to attain at least 300 325 without egt issues.

Over stock engine horsepower?

Can 400 hp be made on a stock HX35 turbo without EGT issues? Still trying to decide on my power goals lol. I’d like to be able to tow fairly heavy and have a fun daily driver. I don’t want to mess with new turbos so what is the max on my HX?
