The speakers in the front doors have amps built on, if you replace with other speakers I believe you have to reuse the amps. I did on my 99

lol. She had a new house. She bought (with my money) a new 2012 Charger SRT8 6.4 when they first came out, she just thought the grass was greener I guess. Works for me, I'm happier and have less stress than I've had in years. My son who just turned 15 stayed with me. Life is good

I have a new 2017 3500 that I'm getting 15mpg with fully deleted and tuned, but on 35's. My 2nd gen stock would give 25 hand calculated with stock 215 tires. I've never worried much about mileage, I had an F350 V-10 and a 3500 Chevy with a 454. Anything above 10 looks good now. I bought the exe a new 2016 Power Wagon with the 6.4 hemi in Dec I only drove it a few times before she decided she was leaving in March, it only gave 12-14 light and 8 towing 13k All my trucks run through my company so fuel and parts are a write off. If I don't spend it It'll only go to the governent or her, so I figure why not have some fun. I'm paying $1.35 a litre locally here in Nova Scotia Canada for diesel.

I think for now I'll build it with the parts I have already purchased. I'd like to get it back on the road. I'm seriously considering a p pump and a supercharger feeding a big set of twins for a project next winter though. I live out in the country, the nearest town is 60 miles away, I don't think driveability will be an issue, I hardly ever go anywhere there is a lot of traffic or stop lights. My major hindrance to doing many mods to my truck (my wife) moved in with who I thought was my good friend a couple of years ago. Now I seem to have access to more of my money to allow me to have some fun. Her replacement seems to have no issue with me sending money on my toys. ???

I have a new redhead steering box and Geno's high pressure pump and new lines.

I ordered pretty much everything they make for a 2nd gen. I'll let you know how they work after I get them installed.

He got back to me promptly after contacting them about the missing parts. They sent me a list of every item I should have so I can check it against what I received to what all I am missing to do the install. He included a few extra items to make up a bit for the extended wait time. Some of the items I ordered I believe were the first time they had sold them for second gen trucks, items like the air bump stops. They had to build mounts and bumpers for them etc. I'll go through the list tomorrow against what I have so I can get back to him so he can ship the missing parts.

If they had of told me I'd wait a year and not 4-6 weeks I'd likely have bought a boxed kit from another manufacturer.

I ordered and paid for over $10k in parts Feb 16 2017. I got some of them today Nice looking gear. I won't say anything bad about them except for the extended wait time. I was missing some of my order. I'm hoping they will make it right Kind of hard to have a bad deal in person. Unfortunately I'm in Canada. I'm sure if I was just a few hours away I wouldn't have had as much trouble dealing with them. They either have the parts in stock or they don't. But what I have learned from previous dealing here and other places, if they don't have it to place in your hand in return for your money... look elsewhere.

What injectors would work best with the turbo's I currently have? I currently have a set of 7x10.5 and 7x13 do you still think I should go with 6x13's?

My goals have changed since I bought a lot of these parts. I'd wanted a good tow rig but with a 6.7 DRW and a G56 tuned and deleted at 500hp I am not likely to tow much with the 2nd gen. But would like a good running fun to drive 2nd gen. @jlbayesWith the turbo's and mods I have now, what would you recommend for injectors? Any wild guess on horsepower? 575-600? Are these fun to drive at those numbers with proper tuning?

@jlbayes If you were to recommend an injector what would you suggest? I bought the 7 hole as that was what was suggested when I bought the twin kit. I have a new SO VP from industrial injection injection, the twin turbo's , fass 150, colt cams stage 3, hi flow intercooler, 3.5 inch IC tubes and horn, coolant bypass etc. Most of the parts including the engine have yet to be installed. For some reason I can't get my signature to load. I expect I'll put a quad with v2 tuning in so I can control smoke.

@jlbayes, I think the real problem is I'm not sure what I want to end up with. When I started using this truck and buying parts it was going to be my work truck. Now it' just going to be more of a cruiser, may tow the gf's camper occasionally, as I have a 2017 with warranty there isn't much point in using my 2nd gen for work. I'd like to end up with a nice "fun" truck. One I can jump in and know I'll go from point a-b reliably and without smoking out the town. I have a bad back that has been getting progressively worse and not sure the G56 in the 17 was the right choice, I'd like the option to drive the 2nd gen daily if required.

Custom Quadzilla Tuning R & D Thread
After reading through all of this thread it looks as if quad tuning could really help my truck and help me tune my twins after I get it installed. I will have to look into making a purchase.
