  1. I just had a 4 year old Raptor 150 pump replaced under warranty, the tech at Pureflow/Airdog was polite and shipped the replacement out with NO Hassle or grief, extremely satisfied with their customer service.
  2. Video of pressure fluctuations Raptor 150 pressure fluctuations: https://youtu.be/Z6mYCIBXxuw
  3. Raptor 150, warranty replacement
  4. With the new pump my fuel pressure is fluctuating 1-3 psi at cruise speed.
  5. I talked with Rick? At Glacier, he seems to think the crud on the motor side of the bearing was wet carbon dust
  6. Towed the caper this weekend. Solid 18psi crying along at 60.
  7. I have eight rolls left from my first gen. Want to sell your frantz cheap?
  8. Tank was clean last time I dropped it. There was a very small accumulation of crud on the mesh inlet barely enough to be visible. I have an idea about mounting a separate small manually operated pump and polishing the fuel economy n the tank
  9. Just talked to Pureflow. A warrenty replacement is on the way to me.
  10. OK, back from the Deals Gap Rotary Ralley at the "Tail of the Dragon". Pump had proper voltages present, fuel at the inlet. Pulled the pump and loosened the screws for the motor, instant escaping smoke. The wonderful smell of wet ozone. Fuel was present in the Electrical end. Need to call Pureflow in the AM and see if seal failure after 4 years is covered. Pump was purchased from Glacier Diesel in June 2011 and is a 2010 build date
  11. I will verify pressures with a mechanical gauge when I get home, before continuing
  12. Do I replace the raptor with another raptor? It was installed 5 or so years ago
  13. On the drive to work today, made it about 4 miles. Pressure dropped to 12 then 10. Found a place to turn around pressure dropped to 0. Now the wiwrd part about one mike later pressure pegged high on my isspro electric gauge
  14. I have two tailgates, both have the same issue. Like I said, I disassembled one, and found no wear on the actuating rod holes or clips. Both latch mechanisms are free and well lubricated. I'll post pics later of the only possible wear points
  15. Anyone else have the problem of getting the tailgate handle to release both latches at the same time? I have to manually flip the catch on the passenger side and then lift the handle to open the tailgate. No wear on the pivot points, plastic rod retainers not worn.
  16. I found my ricksons used 12 years ago on eBay, one of the best buys I ever got from there
  17. just go with Ricksons and be done, function over form
