  5. One of the mounts was broken on the Heater box. I cut a patch from a junkyard box and used PLASTEX resin system to make the repair

  11. Nope its a relatively new Dewalt 18V XRP, the heater core and evap core cost less than the drill
  12. Drilled a hole in my evaporator core while troubleshooting my heater problem. Looks like the dash is coming out the week after christmas
  13. I am running lucas synthetic 2 stroke oil with my Raptor 150. I also run baldwin filters
  14. I installed the NAPA 2790 and it keeps "slipping" out of the clamp
  15. My power to the starter failed, so I wired a push-button to the starter solenoid. Evey thing else off the key functions as before

  17. My problem was not the fix described in the referenced post, mine was the motor did not operate. I did use the heater-treater kit for my ford ranger and it worked well
  18. :hyper:The gear housing is just clipped together, seperate the 2 halves. Look at the orientation of the motor assembly and the remove it. My motor was "stuck". I broke it free and exercised it by hand; reassembled and I now have heat control again without spending $135!!!! Sorry; I neglected to take pictures

  20. I had/have a cracked neg terminal on my drivers side OEM cable. When I cut the old terminal off and stripped it back, the cable was completely oxidized. I have a new cable from http://custombatterycables.com/application/dodge_ram.htm on its way; untilit arrives I have a cheater terminal installed
