New tire recommendations
Just put new rubber on both trucks .... '91.5 W250 ...... BFGoodrich KO2's 265 x 75R-16E ...... seem ok so far '02 2500 4x4 .... Michelin LTX M/S2 ...... 285 x 75R-16E .... smoothest, most quiet tire I've ever run .... mostly pavement miles for this truck.

Aux Input For Oem Stock Stereo Diy Not Infinity
It was a Kenwood KDC-MP435U that I removed from my '02 Regular Cab, with a Sony Xplod 600 amp, and a EFX 10" with speaker box ..... The OEM Mopar radios have big buttons, and aren't too complicated ..... perfect for a guy with five thumbs per side! The OEM optional 'RAZ' unit has good sound .... Thanks for the speaker info ..... much appreciated.

Aux Input For Oem Stock Stereo Diy Not Infinity
me78569 ..... have installed the P04704383 .... It will show the time with the ignition off. Push the volume knob in. Have no idea what the auxiliary input is for, or can do ...... Will probably change out the stock speakers at some time .... replace with a higher quality 'stock replacement' type. Any recommendations ? Weighed the boom box speaker, amp, all wiring, radio - handheld changer, and mounting panel under the amp = 41lbs. It's nice to get the OEM optional radio installed. Now have room behind the seat ..... Thanks for answering my questions .... much appreciated. www.allpar.com .... is a good website concerning these Mopar OEM radios. Lots of info there.

Aux Input For Oem Stock Stereo Diy Not Infinity
Just an up-date ...... the two pin socket is for steering wheel controls, and won't affect anything if you don't have them. Greg

Aux Input For Oem Stock Stereo Diy Not Infinity
I would gladly do that, but the radio has two seals on it, and there is no warranty if they've been broken. The auxiliary comes off the front lower right .... The pics of the rear of the radio show the two pin socket. Thanks Greg

Aux Input For Oem Stock Stereo Diy Not Infinity
me78569 ...... good info, thank you. I just received my P04704383 in the mail yesterday. It has the auxiliary input installed. On the back of the radio, there are two tabs that appear to be electrical connections, although the tabs are part of the radio chassis. Also, there is a two pin plug beside the black and grey big plugs. My wiring harness suffered some butchery, and that plug is missing. Any idea what it is? Sorry for the simplistic questions .......... Thanks

Mystery Electrical Plug .....
Hoping someone will know what this plug is for ..... Have an '02 RCLB 5speed There is a plug below the ashtray in my truck. It has a double row of 8 sockets (16) and the sockets are small. It appears to be factory installed, but I just don't know. The wiring is lengthy, and the excess was coiled up behind the kick panel - drivers side. I've been de-installing the boom box sound system, and have a RAZ (optional-non Infinity) radio. It has the auxiliary input ... Any info on the plug would be much appreciated ....

Plastic cubbyhole undneath the radio, inbetween the ashtray and glovebox removal.
I'll be replacing the Kenwood/Sony-Boombox audio stuff with the OEM optional P04704383 AM/FM CD-Cassette. This OEM unit has been modified with an auxiliary input .... Allpar.com has lots of good Mopar audio info. Would using ArmorAll or some other type 'protective', say a week ahead of the removal, make the plastic less brittle? Anyone tried it?

Replaced one wire on the starter. Now truck will not start, no click at key turn.
Happened to me too ..... mine knocked over my neighbor's fence before I could jump in and hit the clutch. Always wanted to be a fence builder anyway! Greg

The 'torture test' ........Thanks again for the 2 cycle info.Greg$31.15 per U.S. gallon ...... ouch! Will be shopping around for cheaper TC-W3 ....

Question concerning fuel additives .....Is all TC-W3 created equal ?Cheapest that I've found so far ....... $8.23 per litre / 1.057 U.S. quart. This includes the tax.I'm trying it for the first time in my 1st Generation .... '91.5Have used 'Howes Lubricator' for many years. Would you dis-continue using the Howes ?ThanksGreg

Did a search, and was able to see a wiring diagram for an '02 (mine's an '02)...Checked the 20a fuse, and it's good. What would the probable problem be? Where to look?Thank you, Greg
