  1. Dont know. Mine ABS light went off when I put a new speed sensor on the rear axle
  2. Starter spinning to slow could be bad field windings I had a year old napa starter that was spinning slow with new bats. Pulled the starter and napa tested it. Drawing to much amps/bad or broken field windings. Napa gave me another new starter free . warranty I should have kept my factory Denso starter .

  4. I thought maybe some "dealer mechanic" scanner tool plugged in , maybe update the ecm or test it or the VP44 ???
  5. Where can I get a "data link" to plug in there ?
  6. '99...Coming out of the big wiring harness below the vp44 at the side, front, area of the motor right where the engine serial number tag is. There are two electric connectors that are factory plugged. Just curious if anyone knows what they were supposed to be for. They both have factory connector plug caps on them
  7. I remember you could get a BHAF for $25 .
  8. Plus, oiled filters, you are sucking oil through your turbo and coating the impellers with gunk
  9. Auto engineers dont design VBs and auto trans function to be strong and durable. They are designed to be a luxurious and mushy for the average idiot consumer for soft smooth shifting so they dont feel the transmisssion doing anything. And OMG, what kind of caveman would buy a vehicle with a clutch pedal and shifter lever.... OMG those manual labor transmissions were outdated in the 1950s (being sarcastic ) .
  10. Nothing wrong with a transgo. You have to understand what to do and what not to do when using a VB upgrade kit(shift kit) The SMR kit explains in detail what each thing you do does . Some stuff you dont want to do, or adjust different or drill smaller A turbo 400 I can modify with out a Kit
  11. It was one of the after market vendors , Maybe a after market set of injector lines
  12. Exactly why I dont want to connect wires to the battery directly .
  13. I saw a whole new set somewhere $93 for one , Holy sh*t
  14. America's Tire used to beat everyone's prices and had good installers. Not sure now, I know local, they started to hiring full blown idiots for sales staff.

Ive wiped out and crash on dirt bikes plenty when I was younger, Broken bones and injuries and 12 packs of beer was my medicine and best friend, to kill pain I've been laid up for 3 days now. Eating Ibuprofen..... I think I'll put my Fass Ground wire on a body ground nut that's on ABS stuff bracket behind the fuse control center , rather than the negative battery terminal .
  16. Is the key trick programed into something? I have a new re-manufactured and updated software ECM. Could the Key trick possibly be activated with a new ECM or is the trick part of the odometer's program or ....?
  17. What year trucks can this be done? My '99 does not do it as I remember. Been along time What exactly do you do with the key to read ECM codes and where do you read the codes at?...... (where the odometer mileage numbers are.? ) Nother quesition after I find out the above .
