Well I found another one.  

 

Waiting on pictures but I think I am going to pull the trigger 

 

 

I have been getting the urge to build an engine recently so I am thinking maybe a rebuilt m50TU ( engine with Vanos) + 5 speed swap with some head studs... and a hy35 turbo to go with it.  Should net ~300 WHP..in a wagon

I just got a vw jsw with 2.0l diesel, I'm slowly falling in love with it. I did a few mods already for dependability and been getting steady 49-51 mpg so far, mostly hwy. If I stay at 55-60mph I can probably get close to 60mpg. If I step on it, it's like a mini Cummins just pushes you in the seat and goes all the way to 5000 rpm.

Fly out there to get the car and it wasn't in decent shape.  lots of issues there were hidden etc so I walked on the deal.

Hey you know when we sold my daughters Jeep for an honest price and told them everything it needed...... the buyer said he was been looking for months only because sellers were trying to scam by hiding problems and holding to dishonest prices . So be careful out there. At my age you get so you can tell the real from the phoney Baloney. Not always but most of the time.

2000 323it that was swapped with a m54b30 zhp 6 speed drive train brakes etc etc etc

 

 

Ipaid too much and it needs some paint r&r on the clear coat, but no rust and it drives great.
