Hey guys new here. Hope this is where I post this. I just got a quadzilla v2 and I am playing with custom tunes. But wanted some input on what would be a ideal dd and tow tune for the truck listed below.

99, 24v, nv5600, quadzilla v2, 95 hp industrial injectors, 1 stage above stock vp44 from industrial, fass 150, ats aurora 3000, vclamp 4 inch downpipe to 5 inch mbrp with 6 tip

Small to mid

Small: 50-95's

mid: 100 - 150's

big: 175 +

is my rule of thumb.

Load a couple tunes that you want. try them out, then come back with things you want to change or to be different.    Without a baseline for us to understand your wants it is hard for us to recommend something.

If you have been running other tuners make sure you put your foot in it with the quadzilla.  there is no maxing duration at low throttle input to give a false sense of power.

I have tried a few tunes and I liked them. I have been making a few and have found my manual boost gauge reads 5 psi higher than the quadzilla. So I've had to run fuel higher in CAN-bus. Only problem I have is a significant jump in power at 2000 rpm. I would like to make it more smooth power and not such a big jump. My guess is timing but not sure if i should run on the high side or low.

datalog the run where the jump happens.  Export the log as csv and we can plot it and see what is happening.

you go from 1 % increases in the 0-5 psi then by 3 above that.  That might be the jump in power you feel.  It might also be that your wiretap psi min is set to 30, so when you hit 30 psi the truck would likely jump out of it's own shell.

Try lowering wiretap min psi to 10 psi
