I couldn't find a way to mount my tablet  that i liked so i made one. Got a tablet mount from Wal-Mart online for about $9 that is for bike handlebars. 2 1/2" conduit clamps, about a foot of gray electric conduit and a 90° elbow. I didn't glue the elbow so it will rotate and can be easily removed. My center seat is a sub box & I screwed it to the front edge. Works great, really stable. Also works good for a phone holder.

Found another option for the tablet location. Slips right in doesn't move around at all.20191231_081131.jpg.8aa49e255ee30e24d3d8ec59d1accb80.jpg

Nice. I've found with mine it fits nicely on top of the cup holder and has a slight interference fit so it doesn't move. It's a little low to look at down there though.

Wife told me i break too many phones not to have a case on HER Kindle so have one coming from Amazon. That means it will not fit on the dash anymore.

I used a Nexus 7 tablet and took the bezel off and made a fiberglass mold and then bonded it to the bezel in front of the cd player, ill get some pictures of it.

In the box where you type your text theres a paperclip. Hit "click to choose files". On my Android phone i have different icons pop up and one says "Files". Hit that and it takes me to pics.

Well thats different.

Yea works out pretty good. The tablet connects via Bluetooth to the stereo and to the quadzilla so i can play music off the tablet and use the iquad app.
