Looks like your right in the center of her predicted path even though she usually always stays away from 'Deplorables'.

Yup, I'm going to be heading toward Parma, ID Monday evening. I'm going to be hauling the RV back after I get done with jobs I'm trying to get lined up right now for being down there. I've got a few things to handle down in Parma ID and Nampa ID. So I might be holed up at the RV for the storm.

Well, It's 9PM Saturday and not a drop of rain at my house just north of San Diego.

Looks like you've got a little time. Storm looks weak....Screenshot_20230819_233304_MyRadar.jpg.8c188132c24da54eee0770e5b30d1994.jpg

Showing signs of arrival here in Baker City.  Two thunderstorms this afternoon and evening with .14 inches of rain.   Flood watches in effect Sunday and Monday.

I texted IBMobile, says he's got 55 gallon drums strapped to the bottom of his fifth wheel. If anyone needs redneck pontoons for their RV, I Noah guy :)

Wish I was there watching it with you John. I haven't seen a good storm in a long while.

Much ado about nothing here.  Predicted 2"-3" of rain with wind 20-30mph.  Advised: be storm ready, no unnecessary travel.  Reality 0.02" of rain and wind gusts of 1mph.   I'll be taking those 55gal drums of the 5er now.

That is too bad, I know you need rain down there. At least there's no mud except what's in your mug, LOL!

It's all about percentages.  You should take precautions.  Your rainfall and wind speed could double or triple on a moment's notice.  You need to be prepared.

Rain continues - up to 1.04 inches now.  Moparman should be getting some of this rain.

Our average monthly rainfall here for August is  0.75 inches.  We were already well over an inch of rain before this morning's rainfall started.

 EXACTLY

'Mopar Man' texted me, said there was a huge earthquake in southern California yesterday. I can not find any news about that anywhere. Got me worried about @IBMOBILE-JEN who live in that area. I hope they are okay and their home is not damaged.

I hope Mike Nelson has mistaken the news
