I recently installed 4 gauges in my truck, new lift pump, new exhaust and new BHAF. I was running my "Super Chip" in my truck and noticed that my exhaust temp peaked a few times around the 1200+ range when I would step on it and had my Super Chip installed. I uninstalled my Super Chip and noticed a 400 degree drop in temp.Honestly, I dont need my Super Chip installed at all times other than either hauling my camper or pulling my tractor and I dont need it either pulling them when I am on level ground which is what most of the interstates by me are.So I am looking for a chip that I can flip on/off at a moments notice instead of programming my truck. My truck is an 2001 Cummins Quad Cab 4x4. Something that isnt going to cost me dearly too.:spend: I am still working on my "honey do list" from the recently added items mentioned above.:lmao:

If you didnt have guages, hands down a quadzilla adr, but since you have guages I would go with the ol edge comp, I seen them go for around $300-$400Sent from my mobile phone using tapatalk

x2 on the xzt. I got mine for $150 off craigslist. You can turn it off when you want and use it when you want. You don't tap the the pump so install is pretty easy. I have used all of the 65hp tuners and I think this one is the best for towing.

cajflynn,A lil of the mark here but you got me thinking, on Craigslist, how did you search that? In what section? Just bought a slide in camper from the list! Better deals there than ebay sometimes, more local too! Thanks,Dave:hyper:

I'm running XZT+ and a home made IAT fooler... toggle switches in the knee panel in the cab. I like the ability to turn them off when I want. I normally don't need the +65 hp on the xzt so run in the econo mode which is a slight boost in power. Seems to have a firmer shift also.

So maybe the "53" block might be ok for you. 10yrs old & 100K, not bad. We'll keep your fingers crossed! I was under my truck looking for the 53 on mine. I didn't see after i got done putting in my crank sensor. I'mpulling a small 2 horse trailer & a slide in camper, tailgating for a football game today. No drinking for me, I'm the DD. Thanks again, Dave
