My truck has been feeling unstable lately when hitting bumps. It seems to sway left and right easily in a quick jerking motion. My end links are definitely worm and was wondering if this could be the sole cause of the issue?

Truck has new Bilstien 5100's, DOR track bar with no play, ball joints don't have play, unit bearings don't have play, and all steering linkages are new and have no play.

  • I dont know that it is the sole cause but it is the likely cause. They are not expensive and worth putting on. You can just by the bushing if the links are still in good shape.

They really helped mine out though it was not swaying as you describe. It cleared up the bump steer i was getting and got the normal swaying under control.

I really need to get the extended ones.

I thought about it... But then just lost the leveling kit.  I would have kept it though if I had an adjustable track bar.

I took the lazy way out.

I'm looking at getting the BD end links fro DAP, they seem pretty solid.

It was in stock when I ordered, took 4 days to get it. DO NOT buy anything from DOR that isn't in stock unless you want to gamble on waiting months to get your parts.

Nice, I'll keep that in mind. How'd install go? I'm not to sure how I feel about drilling through frame.

The install is pretty easy. Don't worry about drilling through the cross member, your not going to hurt anything. Love them or hate them DOR builds the best adjustable track bar for our trucks hands down.
