Budget RV275
finally had time to get the injectors in over the weekend. So far install went great and initial test drive went good. The added zip is a little fun, wasn't expecting to feel much of a difference but its there! As for fuel mileage I will have to go through a couple tanks and see what happens! I think as well I will be trying to seek my old injectors if anyone knows. A place that would want them let me know!

Budget RV275
http://www.dieselpowerproducts.com/p-7531-budget-rv275-24-valve-cummins-fuel-injector.aspx if no one has seen this yet I wanted to let everyone know that dieselpowerproducts.com is offering a cheaper version of bosch's RV275 injectors. They say it offers all the same benefits as bosch's product. Right now they are running a sale and are only 49.99 a piece and free shipping on orders over 100.00. So if you have been looking to get these injectors but are on a budget check out this alternative product. I just ordered mine the other day, I will let you know how I like them.

i deffinitely like the price of the gas magnums but my concern is that it will be over extended with the leveling kit installed.

Recommended Shocks
Hi everybody, it has been a while since my lasts post. i am looking at getting new shocks for my truck but i am having a hard time determining what equipment will fit my truck. i believe from what i have found is that i have a leveling kit in the front and stock supsension in the back. My question is to any of you that also have a leveling kit in the front. what shocks do you run? any info would be greatly appreciated.

Nv4500 Hard To Get Into Gear
Starting last week I have been having issues getting my truck to go into gear starting from a dead stop. I try to put it into gear and it feels like I am hitting a brick wall. After a few tries it usually goes but it takes some force. I also have noticed that the drive shaft jumps when I am putting it into gear. I have no idea what problem I am dealing with, does anybody have a clue? My only guess right now is that the clutch is not fully disengaging, possibly clutch master of slave cylinder issues? any help would be appreciated.

Tire Prices!!!
I just got some primewells from tires plus, set of 4 for I think about 550. They were 265/75 R16. Cheapest I could find out the door! I spent a few days surfing and calling lolSent from my RM-820_nam_att_100 using Tapatalk

Hub/rotor
I when I pulled the hub to do my front u joints, I tried a puller at first with no luck. It actually started to separate the hub itself. So what I ended up doing was thread the four bolts that hold the hub on partially in. I then used an impact socket and a hammer to tap the hub off evenly. Worked pretty slick.Sent from my RM-820_nam_att_100 using Tapatalk

Scan gauge purchase
no they work for a variety of vehicles just need an obdII port. I would do some reading on the scanguage webpage to figure out what feature u like/need but I am very happy with my scanguageII and I think that is what most people get. Sent from my RM-820_nam_att_100 using Tapatalk

Scan gauge purchase
I would search all the major car parts store look for which ones are offer a rebate. Napa, AutoZone, carquest, oreillys, advance, etc I would also look at some online places, like auto anything, vulcanperformace, xdp, and any others people may post. Usually u can find someone with a sale going I got mine from advance in July for 40 bucks off! But the deals always move around. Sent from my RM-820_nam_att_100 using Tapatalk

Low heat in truck
I have the same issue my uncle said they used to reverse the lines on the heater cores to free up any debris. And then reverse them back after running it to full temp. I haven't tried it, but I also figure thts the same as a coolant flush. :-\ Sent from my RM-820_nam_att_100 using Tapatalk

IAT foolers for other than CTD??
Yea I am going to have to agree. From a pure math standpoint, fluid mechanics yes are temperature dependant but air resistance depends on shape and surface friction.Sent from my RM-820_nam_att_100 using Tapatalk
