Plus I'd like to see what the true differences are with this intercooler

Big Line Kit
Or just not adjusted properly. My point was at 21psi the seal isn't going to blow out, and I need to run that high of pressure to keep decent WOT pressures. Next on the list (after twins) is a fass 150 and modified Vulcan liberty fuel module. I need a reliable system for the trip in late spring.

Is there anything plugged in on the drivers side?

Big Line Kit
After seeing many over on CF run close to 30psi I'm not worried at all about 21

Big Line Kit
It holds 19 cruising with that line so it'll be sufficient until I can upgrade

The banjo that goes into the inlet of the VP. It's a "built in" snubber / banjo that autometer provided with the gauges.- Big Line Kit
3/8 lines running from the tank to the stock filter assembly. Stock line from filter to VP. Pressure drop from idle to WOT is 11psi or more. (21 to 10 or less) I haven't replaced it because when I put a big boy pump on I'll run all 1/2in lines from tank to VP and use the space from the stock filter to run a breather bottle.- Big Line Kit
- The time has come to produce the Mopar1973Man High Idle & MPG fooler switches again.
Correct. All the switch does is tell the ECM that the engine and intake air temps are cold. The ECM will then ramp up the idle to 6cyl or 3cyl at 1200rpm, depending on your selection.- Truck won't crank! 1998.5 dodge cummins

Hopefully Mopar1973man will jump in here, as he is our wiring guru- The time has come to produce the Mopar1973Man High Idle & MPG fooler switches again.

The concept and function will be the same. The fooler itself is just redesigned to be better.- Teardown and Rebuild

Should make the install a breeze. When I removed my old one it was a real PITA trying to get the 4 plugs through the firewall. With this style there should only be one- Teardown and Rebuild

rv275's paired with a hx35, he351cw, or even a 62mm phatshaft would work really well! The 4000 is a 63/70/14. With such a large exhaust wheel it's hard to get moving, not to mention the larger a/r (14cm). All of the ones above would spool significantly faster, and that's why I went with the phatshaft 62/65/12. - Big Line Kit
