He351ve stand alone Arduino controller code for 2nd Gen Cummins
i'd use a mm to read the ground and 5v then read the can + - and see if that is right or not. I would guess the pin out is different than you think / alldata thinks.

did you repin the connector?

Does the actuator work, at least some, on your 2014? Does the actuator respond to the manual control of the tool?

Quadzilla Shudder light throttle
its a base tune for the box, your custom tunes will apply on top of the base tune like you are used to.

Quadzilla Shudder light throttle
Run the tune I posted and see how you like it. The smoothing is gone and the ecm handled the right off idle situtation.

@Mopar1973Man @trreed @silverdodge @anyone else having these types of issues right offidle / low tps. Can you guys give this flash a try. I have rewrote the way the ECM and Quadzilla trade off control. The ecm will handle fueling / timing sub 950 rpm. There is no longer a smoothing function in place to try and prevent stalling, I have handled that back to the ECM for control. ADRV2.exe Let me know if it still does weird things, also let me know if you notice a significant increase in smoke right off idle.

Quadzilla V2 Custom Tunes
you will need to find your start %, but I am guessing it will be in the ~%70 range for a clean DD tune. I would try tylers tunes and see how they work. Steps for figuring out a good starting point of a big injector truck 1. put the quad to lvl 1. 2. create custom tune 3. use valet mode power setting to set a fueling % to start with. IE put 75% as your valet power. 4. load the tune on the iquad 5. go WOT from a stop. Is it too smokey? if so decrease valet mode power. Is it too slow? increase valet mode power. You want to throw as much fuel at the truck at WOT as possible to balance power vs smokey offidle. Do this until you find a good starting % for your tune. once you have that use that % as the starting point for your canbus tuning.

2000 ECU in a 1999 5.9L Cummings
The ecm will need to be programed to match the application, Year > trans > federal or cali. IF the ebay place can do so and their warranty is good then give it a go. As far as I know we don't have a good place to get good ecm's from yet. They are all a crap shoot.

This means you have the wrong vehicle profile selected for the tune. Your eco tune needs to be in the vehicle profile "1998-2002 v2 2.5" You had uploaded the eco tune using a different profile that was for the testing stuff, I fixed that so other people could use your tune. Since you are running V2 now you have to use the v2 vehicle profile.

Try these steps, Open the iquad app to the tune menu, Click the home button on the phone -> apps-> downloads _> click the tune in question and load it into iquad app.

that would double the fuel and cause a brief run away or touchy throttle situtation. The above functions averages what hte ecm wants and what the users tune wants right off idle to prevent stalling. @Mopar1973Man Can you try this flash and see if it is better? I have disabled the smoothing function below 900 rpm. I think that may be causing the issue. ADRV2testnosmoothing.exe

alright, The code says this. If Canbus Fuel % is < %6 & Mph is under 1 and rpm are below 900 Then take (input fueling + Quadzilla fueling) and / 2

test for me and see if it goes away once you top 1000 rpm. There is a "smoothing" function in place to average the fueling below 1000 rpm if you do throttle input. I am thinking maybe this might be causing the issues. Another one of those fix one thing break another.

Lost ECM output to lift pump
Semi common. Some light pump sdon't use a relay so all the power is drawn through the ecm, which is tough on them.

You have already flashed the box in the past haven't you? Or is this on a new machine? As for the error tha tis because your computer is 32 bit and not 64 bit. I can fix that, but I didn't know if you needed to do it again. Edit: Download this and stick it in the folder c:\quadflashint\bin\ Then rerun devcon.exe

Can't change power levels while the tune variables are trying to apply. @Dieselfuture does your truck shudder at very low TPS positions?
