Yea it weights in between 5-6k .. I think the 1993 model 4 horse is #6280 or something same axles same steel, just 1 horse more.

LED bulbs have no place in a halogen housing. I have yet to see a good beam pattern that wont blind oncoming traffic in a 2nd gen with OEM style housings. sounds to me like the ecm is not getting power, the gauges you talk about are all ecm sensor. getting any CCD error messages in the truck? verify the ecm is plugged in and tight? How did you get it to start and idle? Did it start one time and then not again?- Quadzilla Adrenaline V2 Testing

after you adjust the tire size have you keyed off for ~5 seconds then key back on and see if it is right? I can't remember off the top of my head if the tire size applies on start or on the fly.- Quadzilla Adrenaline V2 Testing

default to whatever profile you like, the 1998-2002 v2.5 should work for all 2nd gen trucks. Adjust the size up and down until you get an accurate MPH, ensure you have gearing set right and trans set right in the settings. Adjust up fueling at the 0% mark until you are happy with smoke vs power off the line. I have not noticed really any change in MPG betwen my daily tune and my emissions tune, which is about %10 difference from each other. Most of my mpg seems to come as a direct result of timing. Like truck likes to sit in the 19.5* at 65 mpg and 20.5* at 75. what fueling mods do you have? I cant remember.- Timing Spudder when free revving with quad v2

extra pop is just to try and get less smoke, I don't know that the timing difference would be much, just a guess though. as for tough on the vp44 I have a hard time swallowing that pill as the vp44 will do pressures of 20k or so, so an extra few hundred psi worth of pop can't be that hard on it.... right? Don't use the quadzilla only profile. That is my test profile. Try a starting point of 95% in the canbus tune and turn fuel load timing to 1*- 1997 12 valve purchase
3k is a lot of money for a vehicle that cannot move. I see a ton of work that needs to happen to get this thing on the road. - Smarty Resource
