  1. thanks, lots of work to do and not enough time or money.
  2. just flash the box under the hood and select the vehicle profle.
  3. they can get marginally bad and not throw a code.
  4. I'd say you are best leaving it be until you get symptoms that point to something. throwing $ at parts is a pricey way to find the issue. Cam and Crank Sensors are however cheap and would be my first guess.,
  5. The turbo isn't a bit much, its a flat out bad turbo for a VP truck. It will be hot, smokey, and very laggy. with the big injectors it might light before redline, but with the 50's it will be complete garbage. Put a stock turbo on it. no build date means you have older V1 tunes so you need to use the 1.9 profile. RPMS will not fluctuate at idle as the quadzilla is doing nothing at idle state. lvl 0 vs lvl 11 should be a big difference when you step on it.
  6. Look at the data log section,do you havea date in the build date field? If yes youhave v2 If no you have older tunes. The vehicle profile needs to match the flash on the box under the hood. That turbo is going to suck hardcore regardless. With 50's throw a stock turbo on it.
  7. Looks like you have some sort of backdown setup. Those appear to be causing your issue. What did you setup as your limits in the app? Guessing egt? Turn that off and try again. Also your fuel pressure is really getting pulled down. you always have positive pressure, but it might be something to keep and eye on.
  8. the start of the log is when exactly? that file appears to be corrupted can you reexport the file with the standard csv extension?
  9. Closed on the house in Colorado, I am offically not a home owner! woot
  10. the people destroying America are not the same people that truly care about the issue of what happened. Angry people are always looking for a excuse to be angry / get rid of the feeling they have internally that they are unable to deal with in day to day life.
  11. yea just attach and then note the locations in the log where the "issue" occured in the log, IE: at row 133 is where I started the run.
  12. please post a datalog of the issue, there is no way to know anything without it. mod's year etc etc etc are all needed as well.
  13. the gear indicator on the normal flash is a best guess based on speed vs rpm and hte app setup.
  14. I dont think the smarty does. I believe the pcm is in control of tm. The quad just tries to overwhelm with wiretap.
  15. does it jump from 22 psi to 0 psi? sounds like a shot map sensor that reads 0 psi over 22 psi.
  16. you are going to need to have quadzilla test the unit. A pop is not a good thing from an electrical device.
  17. Not a bad sunset last night.
  18. Anything below 14 psi the quad is reading the output signal from the ecm. If you see it jumping around below 14psi then that is what the ecm is also seeing happen.
  19. Damaged middle prong is not a good thing. That will make the map reading jump.
  20. it sounds like torquemanagement is kicking in. might try this.
  21. have you done a hot wire test on the vp when you get the no start condition? If it doesn't start with hot wire you know the VP is bad. That would be my guess. If it does start then you know you have some sort of wiring issue.
