  1. If cost is main concern just go s472 or even a ht3b.... Best setup on 3 sets if twins I ran was a He351cw/s472 S475 with a 96/1.32 are used as they are box turbos and cheaper. My 475 has 1.25 turbine housing turning a $750 turbo to an $1100 turbo. Due to 96 turbine. In all honesty .... as long as you go small .... and have fuel matched appropriately .... you'll be like a schoolgirl after install I still enjoy them today ..... i hit 60 psi or higher every day just because I can ..... i used to pull/tow my 5th wheel on that smaller set at any speed up any hill Fun ;)

  3. You can get a micro USB and that will work directly with your phone. Then software app called CAMERAFI. Screen for phone then becomes your screen. Cursious to see some injector/cylinder pivcs from your setup - maybe its better (hope so).

  5. Yeah agree. Actually if I shoot for high HP it will literally be a dyno deal. Ill change the secondary and the injectors to something larger ....... and dyno. Then revert to smaller injectors and secondary for DD. Problem I think I will hit will be the primary however ...... s475 literature says will get to over 900HP ..... but seems most step up to a s480+ .......
  6. Used to be ....... supposedly much better now. 2 cents from what I have heard. Problem has always been getting in contact with Mike for issues. I run his transmission and its awesome ....... and he told me (not original purchaser) that if I ever broke a hardpart - he would replace it free of charge ...... pretty cool - but will see if it ever happens. But to your point - a 700-1000hp VP is not for daily driving anyway Not saying it cant be done .... but .....

  8. Going to "try" and get mine on the rollers sometime before Xmas. Then going to start a plan to build out to 1000 hp. Honestly don't think I'll make it (1000) and might not happen anyway $$$ .... But wife said "ok" ;) have a similar Air setup now 63/71/14 over 475/96/1.25 hence asking boost. Hope to make 650-700 ...... Then I'll see about new engine build ;)

  11. So what made you pull it out if it wasn't leaking ? On your last dyno ...... What was your secondary turbo you were running ...... And what boost #'s. when are you hitting the rollers with new injectors ?

  13. This is for the FSS in the 1st run .... but general wiring also So different guage for load and hold .... BTW .... can you use a normal crimp or even pliers .... the DT ones are way expensive

  15. I think having the intake milled off helps all modified trucks ..... but know trucks that have done over 1000hp without it. TFaoro meant to ask ..... is there a manual you followed for engine rebuild that goes over specs etc
  16. No full flush. Was always told Disconnect line on passenger side and cycle fluid into by key whilst adding new fluid Do know my builder said not too full fluSh
  17. Quick question for you electrical guys. I HATE the spade connectors that come with some electrical accessories. After time they tend to fall out or get loose ...... just seems ..meh What 2+3 wire connectors would you recommend to replace with - preferabbly quick connect but solder if required. Looked on amazon ...... but a bust. Looking for good quality.

  20. We were kind of thinking the same thing initially ....... my "SUPER CAM". But in reality don't think so - would probably have to be a change to the crank as well as then the pistons would be midway through compression or power and the vales would be opening. So my super cam would suck for power.
