  3. Wheels are lighter And more blade ares for the same size compared to the Borg version. Slimmer hub, taller wheel, lighter backing. Turbine housing has large ports for better flow and the 12cm has a modified plate to allow for further opening of the waste gate pucks. Of course the 360* thrust is standard. 57, 62 and 64.5mm areavialable for 3rd and 4th get and will be released next week. Our 64.5mm compressor wheel s300 is nearly a full ounce lighter than the comparable borg equivalent. A billet 57/65/12 would support your mods perfectly and allow for more top end and lower egt when running hard. The borg equivalent would be about $1600.

  6. $250 is a good deal. New coppers and orings are about $20. Start the fueling at about 85% then 100% at 5psi, 125% at 10PSI and 150% at 13PSI and you will have a pretty clean tune to start that keeps moving. Then adjust to your preferred fueling curve.

  11. Hi, The Quadzilla injectors are all loaded on the back end of the DAP website. That was done pre-launch and we missed the part about activating them. That will be fixed shortly. Quadzilla injectors are different from DAP injectors and not just the o-rings. It is a premium injector. Quadzilla Injectors are all brand new components, built with new bosch nozzles and new bosch bodies. There is also no core deposit. We have a number of people running them. Some have been running them for a while before Quadzilla launched the new line. We have someone that changed from a name brand 6x.016 to QZ 8hole big sac and the customer has MORE fuel, and LESS smoke and spools faster. The DAP injectors are more value based and I would ague better than injectors that competitors charge hundreds more for. They are EDM, honed and flow/match balanced to .03LPM and bigger injectors (typically above 5x.012 for 12v or 7x.0095 for 24v) also have tip mods done... all at no extra cost. Both lines are hand assembled and them pop tested on digital equipment.

  13. It can be a narrow window and every truck may have a different variance. I talked with someone years ago. He had stock Bosch RV275 at standard pressure and a tight torque converter which lead to stalls in reverse when cold
  14. Dying when you put it in gear is related from too high of pop pressure and bigger injectors. Automatics are more susceptible to the stalling.
  15. Call and talk with Quadzilla. They may be able to repair it, if not they offer a new board as a separate item.
  16. It may be considered to keep the stock turbo and injectors in the event that the truck needs to be tuned to stock every 12 months.
  17. Good job on the install Nick. I still do not understand why the emissions standard for a completely different fuel must meet gasoline standards.
  18. Our 62/64/12 hx35 does not have Holset labeling on it. 150HP is the MAX I would run with that size. You can always reduce fueling with the adrenaline.

  20. Not salty to me at all. Isspro is late to the game on brining products to market. Isspro had better certifications and is an OE gauge manufacturer for freightliner, marine and aeronautics, they have been ahead regarding quality for years. Autometer did not have those certifications until a few years ago. Auto meter is faster to market and far better at marketing. Their price is quite inflated compared to the quality. Heavy Marketing adds to consumer costs. The EV3 will only be about $25 more than the EV2 and they will be a sealed gauge ( suitable for marine). Their App is free and can be downloaded now. We sell and stock both brands.
  21. Speaking of gauges... Isspro will have EV3 gauges that are programmable for color and alerts in March or so. Also the Quadzilla Pressure sensor works as a lower cost replacement for Isspro pressure sensors up to 100psi.
  22. Valair Triple disk is a very nice clutch. Kennys makes good clutches too. Both should be SFI rated. There is a dual disk billet Valair clutch and also a sintered iron, but those will both be clunky to shift compared to the triple.

  24. I have always been a fan of Crazy Carls Tunnel Ram. I believe his is the original. There is a small increase in flow.   25. Not a ton of power to gain with an exhaust manifold. The 3pc will often lower EGT a little. The real high flow versions will often give up the pulsing feature when they switch to more of a log style and that will make spool up suffer. We now offer our manifolds in with silver or black ceramic coating for $50.
