  1. Default selected, went to truck and started engine. I chose connect to adrenaline, and then it crashed again.
  2. It says "Can't open file". I also just noticed the app will work away from the truck, I can play with tunes and all but as soon as I go to the truck and start it, the app starts crashing again.
  3. I downloaded the app, but by tablet won't open it.
  4. Truck runs fine, feels like it's on the default tune. I'm using an RCA Voyager Pro.
  5. It does have the report option which I have been using. It has happened on the gauge screen and the settings screen. I assume it's connected as it doesn't have the connect to Adrenaline option in the settings. I manage to check before it shuts down sometimes. I'm using the app that was in the google play store.
  6. The things you should be able to do with this thing are great, if I could ever do them. EVERY time I go to test stuff out on the truck, the app refuses to work. It worked a couple times while driving to work, but anytime I have a chance to sit and tinker, it won't let me. When I open the app, after a couple seconds it says "Unfortunately I quad has stopped working". I've reset the tablet, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still the same thing. Really missing my comp right now. Any suggestions?
  7. It's gotta be me right? The fact that I seem to be the only one having these issues on this site. I don't like computers and I think they know it, lol. I went over to the custom tunes thread and copied some of the tunes manually. I'll work with those for now and see what I can come up with.
  8. That worked like it was supposed to. Why won't the other tunes work?
  9. Hopefully that's what you meant. iQuad-Getting Pissed-2017-12-01-04.53.332120677242.json
  10. I'm trying several of your tunes, the stock injector race, stock injector tow and stock injector daily tunes.
  11. I followed the video, got to the part where I change the name and hit save. The tunes don't appear in my list, but if I try to make a tune with the same name, I get an error saying a tune with that name already exists. If it exists, where the heck is it?
  12. Well it was so nice today, i decided to install the quad instead of my other plans. Two things that annoyed me, first I thought the fuel pressure sensor was included so that was a let down, gonna take another $70 to get that sorted. Second, I went to install the oil temp sensor and my heater lines are in the way. I will need to go find a brass elbow for that to work. Aside from accidentally unplugging my high idle switch and trying to fumble it back together, everything else went great. That's a lie, I totally forgot the password for my tablet and had to do a factory reset and then I forgot to turn the bluetooth on so I spent like 10 minutes scanning for nothing. I forgot what a dog these trucks are stock, got to get some tunes downloaded now.
  13. I will have to drill and tap another hole for the EGT probe, I don't want my current gauge to not function but I do want the added protection of the Quadzilla monitoring it. I already have an extra FP port and will put the temp sensor in the engine oil. I do still need to remove my Comp and remount my CB now that I won't have the scan gauge strapped to it anymore. I had to make a double bracket to give me the clearance, now I can tuck it up in the dash a little tighter.
  14. My Quadzilla arrived today(Thanks Mike), not sure I'll have time to install it this week, but surely by next weekend I should have it in.
  15. I have my goose neck and my tablet now, just need a quadzilla to complete the package.
  16. You know the numbers , must just be the large tread gaps then. Every time I had to tightly maneuver in a parking lot with the 285's(Toyo AT's) I would hit that point where the power steering felt like it wasn't working at all. That hasn't happened with the 295's, just the occasional rubbing of the control arms.
  17. Do I get a 50% discount for being a forum member, lol. That would be cool, aboot $675 like every where else I presume?
  18. I'll get it sorted out when everything gets here. I just ordered the tablet and the gooseneck holder, should be here Monday. I still have to wait for a check to arrive before I can get the Quad though.
  19. My truck had the stock 265's when I got it , 18mpg. I went with 285/75R16's and down to 16mpg. Installing my Edge got me up to 19mpg, but then I got some 295/70R17's and went back down to 17mpg. The one thing I will say about my 295's is my steering got easier. These tires are either narrower or the large tread gaps(mud terrains) are reducing the friction and I haven't had a single stiff steering issue since I got them. Doing the 3rd gen brake upgrade also made the truck stop like it had stock tires again.
  20. I could make more money selling the smarty instead of the scan gauge, would like to keep one for pulling codes as well.
  21. That bracket is nice, followed your link and found one to hold a tablet as. I found a 7" voyager pro tablet with 2 year anything goes warranty for $60. Hopefully I can get this stuff ordered in the next week. I've been running the smarty on stock after my last keyboard lashing, haven't verified my speed yet, but I'm not passing anyone so I figured it was still good. I'll just keep it in the closet and use it when I make that next trip to the tire store.
  22. Wow, that's cool, maybe if I didn't hate that place so much I would look around more, lol. It doesn't matter what kind of tablet, as long as it's got the android operating system?
  23. So the smarty will stay in the closet then. I have a bad habit of changing tire size every time I get a new set. I'm scouting CL now looking for a cheap used android phone, but my wife loves her iphones so much I doubt I would be without one. She just got her's replaced with insurance but is still drooling over the new iphone 10.
