  1. I'm on my second reman box, technically 3rd since the PO had replaced it before. I replaced that one because it was leaking, but the new one had 1/2 turn of play. The one I have now causes the truck to pull to the right and still has about 1/4 turn of play. Everything else was replaced and brace was added before the box, had it aligned twice, had tires rotated. Maybe 3rd time is the charm?
  2. I went back to the dealer this morning to have the reflash checked out. I guess the first tech did everything except actually turn the high idle function on. After 20 minutes I was good to go, tried the switch in the lot and it's working great now.
  3. That's what mine does as well. I need to get a new timer for my plug, it quit working the first month.
  4. I put them in the garage, but here's one..
  5. Those look good, not too euro like. I did the relay upgrade on my 67 mustang, I was told to go to broncograveyard and order their harness as it was the same setup used for the mustang, just cheaper for some reason. The DAP relay seems a bit excessive at $150 though, my mustang kit was only $50. I know there's a few more parts being a quad light setup, but it still doesn't add up.
  6. I have one rust spot under my bed I need to take care off. What really scares me though is what ever they put on the roads this winter is dripping off my truck and eating my driveway. The top layer along both sides of where my truck sits is starting to flake off.
  7. Gonna make a 747 blush with all those gauges.
  8. I tried before but it wasn't working, got some pics up now. I learned not to leave the switch in MPG mode while trying to start it cold yesterday.
  9. Thanks again for checking that out, I have an appointment at the dealer on the 16th to see what they may have done.
  10. I haven't messed with the APPS since I got the truck, should I maybe do a reset? If you are near by, I would certainly appreciate you taking a look. I could meet you somewhere so you don't have to come all the way out to Kuna. I'm free tomorrow, but if you don't see this in time we could do it next Thursday as well.
  11. I just got done installing my high idle switch. I went to try it out, but nothing happened, I waited for about 10 minutes on each setting as I know it's not an instant thing. I don't think it is the switch as I have a scan gauge and it shows the IAT and ECT values change with each twist of the knob and the TPS voltage was also reading 0. I took the truck in 2 weeks ago to have the TSB for the high idle unlocked, they said to bring it back if it didn't work, but is there anything else I should check before I deal with the dealership again?
  12. That sucks, good to know ahead of time though so I don't freak out when it arrives. Thanks for the heads up.
  13. I would like to tackle this project this year as well. The dealer slapped a plastic cover on my dash before I picked it up. It looks ok, but the mounting holes for my bezel and headlight switch are broken and the cover doesn't help with that.
