  3. I quit having b-days at 21 havn't aged since.
  4. That bumper is to me, a work of art! I suck at making patterns.
  5. I always try Freightliner,or Cummins
  6. Is that cheap? Haven't bought one in years.

  8. 87 Starion ESI-R , Sharp eye!
  9. I envy you living where you do, drove past you 8-9 yrs ago when there was a bunch of construction going up to Kalispell, Delivered a trailer to a company that retrofits them for command posts for Firefighters, Law enforcement. Beautiful drive even through the construction.
  10. Yes, I have. But why did it start leaking?
  11. No clue, This 8406 has a 1 3/4 10 spline input shaft and pull type clutch
  12. Some say 550-600 lbs/ft I know I snapped the mainshaft pulling a set of doubles against a headwind in Oklahoma that was NV5600 #1, I shelled 2 more after that. You put this case next to a NV5600 the dodge 6spd looks like a baby.
  13. I did, and found out I'm not a painter.
  14. This one is synchronized, had to make a doghouse for it to fit
  15. Bad description, sorry I don't have a pic of that seal.
  16. been 6 yrs since I've been on here, Where do I post an article?
  17. Been a long time since I did this, so don't take this as gospel, but the seal goes in with the open side facing you as you install, opposite what you would normally think. If that make sense. Hollow side towards Vac pump, solid side toward Steering pump.
  18. It's a 6 speed with ratio's close to the NV5600, but will handle 840 Lbs ft of torque, hence the 8406, fuller made other 6 speeds, 5406, 6406, I got a lot of my info from another guy I think is in N.M but I think he had 6406, the clutch is only a single disc rated at 630 lbs ft. Went through 3 count 1,2,3 NV5600's before I did this. Bad injector is best guess, sloppy maintenance on my part, drove to Des Moines thought it ran smoother than ever before, hooked a trailer and 30 miles later hell broke loose.
