  1. I’m seeing about 650 right now cruising flat.
  2. I’m thinking I’m going to send in my oem sticks and have either 75 or 90 hp nozzles installed and popped at 320 bar. Pop pressure sound good? Should I do 75 or 90? Obviously smoke and lag is reduced with higher pop pressures but are 90s going to create egt issues? I will eventually have tuning but not for a while. @pepsi71ocean @Mopar1973Man
  3. Sway bar does have some greas and oil. I can’t remember I’m go My tonhave to buy a whole new reseal kit and do it over. Like we said were both getting nickeled and dimed lately haha. Argh. I still wouldn’t trade my truck for nothing.
  4. They’re is no oil on the track bar bushing. I have one new in box at the shop I might grow in and see if that helps. Yep my vacuum pump still leaks after inresealed it.
  5. I’m going to try to crank down that screw a bit today. Also how can I keep my track bar from walking around down theyre. I tightened the bolt to an unreal torque but it still walks just a tiny bit.
  6. I guess my Napa box got rebuilt by an apprentice or something becuase I have like half a turn of the wheel both ways free play....
  7. Brand new Napa box but Iv noticed a lotnogmaybjn the input shaft. The sway bar links just sway side to side with the turn of the wheels when inspecting the stuff.
  8. WE will get theyre one way or the other.
  9. So the track bar bolt wasn’t tight enough and they’re was play in the bushing. I cranked it as tight as possible but it still steers like crap. I also found out that the tie rod has been contacting the diff cover when turning left which I can only assume is becuase if the track bar being loose. That was the only loose part we found sonhow do I get that thing right in theyre?
  10. Any reason not to send my oem injecotrsnin and have 90 hp vco nozzles installed and popped to 320?
  11. I don’t have funds to anything honestly but I got to do something. We will see how things play out with front end cost etc...
  12. Is it worth sending my sac style injectors in and repopping or buy different ones that are vco?
  13. I have not had a chance to look closer at his issue I’m problably just going to purchase an adjustable track bar when I rebuild the front end.
  14. Hahahahaha!!!!!!! Dang that’s funny! @dripley
  15. Hmm I need to keep egts to a minimum which means I need tuning of course. How hot were you running empty with just 100 hp vcos? I’m tempted to delve into a set of 75 or 90 vcos tip set at 318 what do you think? I would like to just send in my 75s to get popped but I think I’ll be happier with vco injectors. I would problably send in my stock ones to Install tips on.
  16. I pulled my gears out of the parts truck tonight. They are verified 3:54s non LSD.
  17. Will 90s with pop pressure at 315-320 still be laggy? If you can install a set of 90s with pop pressures raised why not throw in 100hp vco injectors and set pop at 325 and have a lag and smoke free truck? Possible? @pepsi71ocean Do you ever turn your smarty off and run just your 100s at the current 322 bar? Is it laggy at all?
  18. Hmm i gotta do something different cuz im not happy they way theyre running.
  19. I have 10k on them. I’m also replacing my banjo washers and return t grommets. Did you just get the linkage listed for a 2010 truck?
  20. Good qaulity? Your injectors are VCO though correct? Wont that make a difference in smoke and lag?
  21. @Dieselfuture While were here i might ask where you bought your t steering setup?
  22. Downtime must be kept to a minimum so i may end up sending my stockers and having them repopped and installing them. I cant pull my sticks and wait a week or more till they get back.
