Ok as i dont understand the wiring diagrams lol i just went into the PDC and chose the fog lamp fuse im assuming its the one you mentioned. its 5 fuses up and the second row to the left.

Great thats one worry to forget. Another question is when turning in 4 wheel drive the truck bucks and hops like crazy but this is normal right?

As you guys know I’m about to dive into a gear swap. I have been planning to swap the entire axles in but at this point for sake of time and being I have professional mechanics by my side I’m going to do just the internals. My question is that I’m not 100% sure that the axles I got are 3:54 ratio. They came out of a 98.5 5 speed. Did they ever put 4:10s in a 5 speed? Also I’m concerned that the 3:54s are not LS differentials and is they’re a way to convert it to LSD without need for a 600$ locker? Can you just buy a used 3:54 carrier?

Hmm maybe I ought to just have my 75s sent in and repopped a little higher. 315 maybe.

No. I’m planning to just toss a brand new set of RV275s in as I don’t like the lag of these.

Checked fuse was good. Swapped relay willtry them out in the morning.

Didn’t have a chance to check it out today. Im planning to rebuild the entire front end less the ball joints and axle joints so I may just wait to check it all out until then which hopefully will be by the 1st.

Iv posted this here before and never found the issue. It has gotten to the point they won’t stay on longer than 30 seconds and then flicker madly. All wiring looks good. Could it be a faulty headlight/fog light switch? Bulbs?

Could this loss of prime cuase the Lopey idle intermittently? I’m assuming it’s my injectors that are doingnit but thought that the loss of prime issue may be the culprit.

Ok guys so I’m guessing it is the sway bar sliding . I haven’t had a chance to better diagnose it yet. Also I can hear a clunk every time I turn sharp and return to center.

In this case the track bar absolutly has to be bad. When i left work last nigh they were leaning as they are in the pics above and when i got home they were almost straight up and down. If the bar were to short it would lean but it wouldnt go back and forth right?

Im still not entirely familier with all the steering components can anyone list the parts needed minus the ball joints and axle joints? Everything else is getting brand new replacements. (So much for a Qaud) That is my question man. Ill have one of the guys here at the shop dry park the truck for me today.

You could very well be correct. I’ll have to get my old bar and check the length.

Lemme take a look. So the axle is moving which explains my steering wander. The sway bar end links are now almost perfect compared to when I left the shop. Something is allowing he axle to move side to side.

I’m assuming the whole axle here’s a couple pics of sway links.
