  2. I would go through your wiring and make sure everything looks good first. It is possible that you got a bad VP44.
  3. That’s the plan. I don’t care for the lag and smoke. I don’t foresee a Qaud for a while so I would rather go back to stock and see how that goes.
  4. Big Thanks to Martin here! I was able to weld a stud in place and fasten the sway bar with nut and washer. Everything tightened up well its just a matter of seeing if it will hold up. I got a nice fat bead on both sides of the bolt. (Unable to go all the way around)

  6. While we’re talking about gauges I have been questioning whether or not my oil pressure has been sufficient lately. WhT are oil pressure specs for our trucks?

  8. Thanks guys I got the pyro installed this morning. I found a really great install guide that I’ll see if I can make an article out of. I’m idling at 300F and I got on it real hard but not to the floor and could barely hit 1000F. I’m very pleased with the looks and operation of my isspro EV2 Pyro. I’ll post a pic of the current mounting location. This is temporary as I plan to get an a pulled mount eventually. This is an alright spot but it’s hard to watch while driving.
  9. I’m having trouble finding the dimmer switch wire anyone know which wire it is?
  10. Can I use posi taps for splicing my gauge wiring?
  11. Hose it down with diesel/atf mixture and get a long prybar.
  12. Iv got my pyroninstall down to tapping into an ignition and dimmer source. Where did you guys hook these up?
  13. They’re is no way to get to the nut. I wonder about having the bolt hole welded in and drill and tap the thickness of the frame material but I hardly think that’s enough to hold well.
  14. No it just spins the loose nitninside the frame rail. I already tried tht.
  15. Not sure if this is actually my fault but upon my steering gear install one of the frame brace/ Sway bar bracket bolts stripped out. Turn out theyre is a nut inside the frame rail that is stripped and spinning out. Now what the heck do I do? I can see know possible way of getting another but in without cutting into the frame and that’s not what I want to do? Any suggestions? I’m worried about the sway bar flying off at some point becuase of only one bolt on the drivers side holding it up.
