i solved the whine issue it was the oil pressure sensor touching a small steel pipe under the manifold. I found a 60hp injector mpg tune and tried that and it seems a bit better than the out of box tunes. Ill post up specs for the tune later and yall can help me makeit a 75hp injector mpg tune with wiretap. Finnaly got the tune imported.

Theyre is no import button in the custom tuning section of my ipod.

i checked it out and that stuff is way over my head. Ill calll qaud mondsy and see if they updated my box when they fixed it. Dont seem to be working. can you do a written out version?

Great. Truck had been running amazing until i installed the qaud. Been running on stage three as i cant find my posi taps to hook up the pump tap and wow truck runs crappy. when im cruising and roll into it bucks around and finnaly decides to do it thing and its balls to the walls from theyre. I got to make sure im current on my update.

Myebgine load is 8% at idle does this indicate low popping injedctors?

It has to be mechanical. Follows engine speed. My box didnt come withb an update cable is it a common cable or special order online?

Live data tool will show IVS state correct?

How do i check for updates? That is rather strange for it to be normal to just cut out when revving. I dont like that at all. Does your truck do that? The apps always falls back to zero % at idle is this what you mean? Also my truck has been eating map sensors. Last one from napa lasted a month. The one before from cummmins lasted 6 months. Thinking theyre is a deeper issue.

Definatly do a steering brace. I cant say mine is extremely responsive but its a ton better. gonna do the t style upgrade next.

Well finaly got my qaudzilla back. They replaced the circuit board and sent a brand new wiring harness.Reinstalled it last night and now have some different issues. First off i now have a whining noise at all times that follows engine rpm. Second my truck idles a bit more rough with it installed and when free revving the engine at about between 1k and 2k rpm there is a dead spot in the rpm band. i can stomp it at idle and it will just drop out and come right back. When returning the tune level to zero it idles and revs perfect. Wht the heck is going on? This is stock v2 tuning as well. Havnt started the custom stuff yet. The rpm issue also does it under load. I will get on it and it will hesitate a tiny bit and go again. Please help. Thanks

Get a Bluetop box. Same thing but cheaper.

Holy cow you can get one from Inland truck for 250. I’m not sure if that’s brand new or rebuilt. Rebuilt is basically new though. I rebuilt my brothers 08 3500 driveline. Just got make sure no needle bearings in that card an ball or u joint caps fall out. I had to take it back apart and redo it because of that.

If only the u joints and ball socket are damaged you can rebuild the driveshaft. It’s very easy and cheaper

I just bought abou swapping out seat cushions with the passenger side as mine is reallY bad.

Idk but Qaud is warranty ing it no problem soon thankful for that.

I’m going to disconnect qaud fully and clear codes nd see what happens. That will tell me if it’s the truck or the qaud. I have a NAPA map on standby if needed.

How can I tell if my injectors are popping low by reading engine load?
