Winter camo paint job. Have to pull off the handle and sand around that area. 220 almost done next up 400 grit and off to paint shop.

@Dieselfuture I have a great wife. Don't have any pics but my rockers are white duct tape. Rear of rockers aren't too bad but the front of both have holes. I did not plan on doing this much paint work. If it was better thought out i should have put rockers on it and then painted the whole truck. I really didn't realize how scratched up the cover was until i went to put it back on. Problem was i had all the body parts piled up on my trailer and every time i needed it i had to move the bed. Just got tired of it. Old bed had spray in liner. I forgot how much things slide around on a steel bed so Thursday I'm taking it to get this bed sprayed. Whats depressing is after body parts, paint and bed liner I've spent more than i paid for the truck. At least I've spread out the cost over a year or so.

Trying to save some money i didn't have the tonneau cover painted with the other parts. After getting the bed on i couldn't stand it so I'm now in the process of sanding it to paint. Painter said $400 if his guys sand and paint, $200 if I sand. Glad i still have my DA. Wife said the hood looked out of place with the shiny fenders so next is a light wet sand with 3000 and try my hand at buffing it out. I wasn't going to mess with the passenger side doors but....

@Bullet some people have cut down the factory Dodge centers and made them fit but i don't have any right now.

@Dieselfuture spray cans and Sharpies @Bullet Thanks H2 wheels were not my first choice but I'm liking them more now that they're on there.

Turns out i messed up my waste gate actuator. Not sure what i did or it was just bad timing but for now waste gate is tied shut. Didn't notice the low boost at first i guess cause i baby it till I'm on interstate in the morning. Low boost, high egt, Quad caught it, i did not. Guess there's not much point in having $1000 worth of gauges if I'm too asleep or retarded to look at them. At least no damage done and a free fix.

Yes, this time I'm sure of the level. Grounds and power got pulled but nothing else was unplugged. Just moved it out of the way. I'll check again on the settings. Thank you

@Mopar1973Man @Me78569 @Quadzilla Marco @Quadzilla Power Replaced both fenders this weekend so i had a lot of crap pulled loose. Quad set on default tune level 3. This morning on interstate truck wont go over 2000 rpm, wont build over 8 psi boost, feels like a complete dog. Power level bar was green then turned red after warm-up. Noticed power level bar go yellow a couple times while driving. Switched to power level 0 and truck drove normal. Checked all settings, changed tunes, switched back to default and still is a pig. Can't data log with my tablet. Couldn't get quad to connect to my phone to data log. Any ideas on what i screwed up?

Going with the late 70s early 80s lettering for the gate

Can't really tell from the pic but if thats like the dana 80 i did that metal piece pulls straight out. The nut has nylon like a lock nut inside it. That piece is a lock and is mangled. I got new ones from local Dodge dealer for cheap. Once the lock is out it is easy to turn.

2 fenders, both driver side doors, bed and tailgate back from the paint shop. Got the bed and most of the driver fender done today. Its coming together. Interior is coming next with a rewiring of everything and a dash rebuild.

@Dieselfuture thanks. Not what i wanted but the price was right. Got 5 for $125, and the 17" lets me put 3rd gen brakes on it.

Got 4 done and on. Now for the spare.

I have a lot to learn about the Quad and have not had enough time to do it yet.

Ok I'm an idiot. Went to the truck at lunch and checked the Quad. I turned power level to 0 this morning when i did my WOT run. Thought i put it back to 3 afterwards but it was still on 0. I did not know that on 0 it would kick on the high idle at any temp. That probably explains why it didn't do it the other day. Thanks for the help and sorry to waste everyones time but thanks a lot for the fast responses.

If i turn off high idle in settings or tap gas pedal it drops to 800 idle. Not trying to argue, just understand. Started doing it out of the blue I'll try to data log this. I am running the default tune also
