Does any of you guys have a link to a factory service Manuel for the 5600

They are in Pennsylvania

Clutch, flywheel and pilot bearing was all installed new with the trans

Cpp did the reman, and I filled to fill plug then put another at in Thu the shifter

I was afraid some one would say that it was sum serious cause its out a warranty by 2 months, I just don't get it, its has less that 10,000 miles on it and has been babied, only one trailer at about 5k for 10 miles or so, and I never towed in 6th or lugged in 6th and I run a extra qut of oil

I have checked levels but no I haven't drained it yet I've gotta pick up some more oil for it first I'm out

Ok guys as some know I had to install a re man nv5600 last October, just recently I have a issue with 4th popping out randomly, excessive noise in neutral with the clutch relieced, a small thunk when changing gears, and now the out put seal between the trans and transfer case is leaking, does t th is sound like a major failure conning on in the trans

True, I guess I need to start checking it over good

But wouldn't the lash being off do it all the time,

The odd part is it don't do it all the time it's quite random It's also not a hard knock type of noise it sounds like a hydro. Lifter that won't build up

I have recently developed a distinct random tapping noise from the engine it normally does it at running temp and is more noticeable at idle. Could this be a injector, cam follower? I hope its not a piston skirt. What's ur all take on this

I've got that covered to lol vacume pump reseal is in the short future

I only wish these dang international trucks would slow down a bit for the winter it just gets worse the colder it gets lol

Well I ment screwed on gettin new bolts I just seriously am unable to make it to the dealer before they close but we do have some salt bet not too much so far I've not had any issues with any other bolt on the truck but I know these being in the bushing sleeve is a totally diff ball game. Does any one know of a good place on line to get the bolts, oh by the way thanks for the info it hadn't occurred to me that the bolts could be stuck
