  1. Is there any where else to get the replacement bolts besides the dealer, the closest dealer to me is over an hour away
  2. Just a thought have you checked the cab mounts. My driver side mount (part on the cab bottom) is rusting out allowing the cab to twist slightly causing my driver's door to sag
  3. Good thought on using the caliper to measure the bolts, but looks like I'll have to put it off I can't afford the bushing kit and new bolts too, plus new shocks, I'll just deal with the shake for a while more
  4. Ok guys I'm needing to replace the control arm bushings in my ol dodge, I'm looking at getting them from Genos garage but they offer 2 sets based on bolt size is there any way to tell the size with out removing the bolts
  5. No no leak just had to pull the drive shaft for joint replacement, if you have a leak check for drive line vibration. Plugged transfer case vent. Or play in tail shaft of tc
  6. OK guys you all was right, thanks for the help. I found the vaccume line going through the fire wall inside the foam was rotted out would have never found it if it hadnt broke trying to in hook it at the elbow I pulled the line from behind the HVAC system an rann it out the drivers side of the fire wall cause I didn't have any line laying around now it works great
  7. No haven't yet I'm currently at work and afraid to mess with too much till I get home encase a hose breaks
  8. Been check in lines and haven't found one broke yet even the one going through the fire wall I have plenty of vaccume from the pump but none the the vent selector pod

  12. So the steering box can cause this well I believe mines beyond adjusting the seals have began to leak just been trying to get funds for a new one and power steering g pump and vaccum pump seal kit to do it all a once

  14. OK guys the ol dodge has developed a new issue when I steer sharp like on a switchback curve I bump in like feeling on the steering when straighting up. I checked for bad wheel bearing and ujoints in the front and tie rods and bal joints all is tight a also checked and added some power steering fluid even though it was still above the add mark could a power steering pump be causing this

Thanks I was mainly wanting to know if there was any thing out side the directions I needed to know, but I installed it today it went smooth a couple tips tho use a quality t20 bit because I broke 2 cheap ones and its almost impossible to turn the idle adjustment with out heat and be sure to make some alligator clips for the meter it a pain if not
  16. Well my apps finnaly died I'm getting dead peadel and a apps code got a timbo coming is there any thing I need to do extra when I put it on or just set it the procedure for the timbos
  17. I didn't want to pull it till I had one I have to have the truck its all I got to drive right now, but the 4333 did work thanks for the help guys. This seal is for the np241 dld

  21. Hay guys could you give me a national seal number for the the transfer case output I'm 99.9% sure mine has the np241DLD but everyone keeps giving me the larger seal I'm assuming for the DHD

Sounds like a LP issue I started loosing FP and had a excessive miss under a load and it threw the 216 code but thanks to moparmans help figured out the VP wasn't dead yet but the loss of FP was causing the VP to not advance far enough so I'd fix the LP first and see what happens after LP repair if the code still comes back the VP failure is prob the issue

You may have gotten the luck of the draw , I've seen some go 300,000 miles with the stock LP before the IP fail then change the IP and then have IP failures until installing a better fuel system its ones preference on what to do stay stock or go better, me on the other hand like to be on the safe side, and IP failures can show signs or just fail all at once
