Winter Front
I'm way down south in Kanab, UT. I used the same thing, Voting signs. I pulled the grill section (I think 4-6 10MM bolts), proughly trimmed the sign piece for 1 side, held it in place, used the butt of a hammer to firce an indent line of the interior of 1 side. Then, with shears or a razor knife, cut it out. Test fit to be sure. Use as template for the other one. Spray painted satin black (Or whatever color you want, just didn't want the printing showing). Hold in place FROM CENTER with your hand & drill 6 sets of holes around perimiter (WITHOUT DRILLING THROUGH YOUR HAND) & zip tie in place. Put on in November & removed in March. Much better use for voting signs than promoting a bunch of crooks. Ed

Battery Drain
I'll have to check mine, as they have seat belts built onto the seats & factory ones bolted to the cab (Someone swapped the seats).Looks to be 3 wires feeding them & I have the built in switches. Must be the Quadcab setup. Johnfak, if you need the seatbelt systems, I can pull mine for you. Ed

Miss at all RPMs
He has 2 cylinders with lower temps, so I think it might be 1 of the 3 plungers in the rotor head. Either that or a DV or2. Ed

Battery Drain
For giggles, have you pulled the grid heater solenoid wires? Any large audio amps? Cell charger or the like? It's most likely going to be something that you will smack yourself in the head for once you find it.... Been there, done that. The newer Power Probe will surely be nice, but in this instance, will do no more than your multimeter. Ed

Battery Drain
That will be difficult to isolate. Just pull fuses 1 at a time. Should take about 15 minutes. Ed

Intake elbows?
Check out Crazy Carl's website for details. Ed

Intake elbows?
Once you get over 550 HP or so, they may help some. Just as a reference, 3rd gen trucks use the 2nd gen elbow for a gain.If you want to notice a gain for less money, look at Crazy Carl's tunnel ram intake plate. Or, more expensive is the pusher setups that tap the IC tube & connect to the rear area of the intake plenum. Ed
