    Had to get rental today so wives crv get airbags fixed. Rental was brand new jeep compass. Not sure if all gadgets are worth it. Here is pic of center console. Be nice to have some of stuff in a 2nd gen. Wiring diagram probably need roll of butcher paper to get it all on. Don't see how common guy can fix his own anymore. Some things are nice but this is over kill.

    Well as the title states my wife thinks I need a new truck since we're moving back to Colorado. She doesn't want me to keep using my old 78 Ford for my winter beater and the 01Dodge is her winter transportation (happy wife, happy life). With that being said she thinks we need another Cummins so I've been on the lookout for an unmolested 2nd gen. I've found a few potential candidates.     Just got back from a 2-week Southern Tour towing a 28ft Wilderness 5th wheel camper. Truck data in my signature is current. Rig ran great but always in search of better fuel economy. Around town empty it will get ~18 mpg. On two occasions I've taken it on road trips (empty) to Dayton (400 miles flat terrain each way) & gotten a hair over 20 mpg (hand calculations) running 67 mph (2200 rpm). On this trip towing the 5th wheel (trailer wt ~ 8k lbs) on fairly flat interstate roads at ~ 60 mph (slightly under 2000 rpm) I got 13.0 mpg.   10. Specificly on the early 2nd gen (94-97) trucks. I'm going to be doing some interior work on my 96' so it won't look like a hooptie anymore lol. I'm going to recover my headliner, add texture to fiberglass repaired panels, and paint them. I'm still debating building my own top dash but not sure yet. If there is any interest in this I will take pics and possibly some videos.

Like for example the front switch back bulbs, rear tail light, LED backup lights, etc. I've just filed a application for becoming a vendor for LED products.   12. Hello Everyone, I have been going back-forth for several months now on if I should invest in my truck or a newer truck. Now it must be stated that my current 2nd gen has been nothing short of awesome to me, always completed the task asked (towing, road trip, hauling) but its now 15yrs old with 171k miles.     Before I begin, let me say that I love my Ram. That being said, I have learned a LOT about buying from someone you don't know (-$9,500). First (and I already knew this), the tires were worn out (replaced (-$750) Shortly after buying the truck, I found out the block (53) was cracked (recently replaced) (-$2,000 - got a good deal).     Hello I’m going do this mod but have a question I don’t have a Passenger side battery and was wanting to know if I needed to run a hot wire on top of radiator to hot side of drivers battery to hook Alternator wire to? i have the hot lead that came off factory set up from passenger battery that I have the grounds hook to now that I need to put on injection pump side for new grounds! I could make a longer cable to replace my ground now for the Alternator. And what do u do with the factory Alternator wire in the harness cut it off? Or could I just do the grounds and leave the Alternator wire in harness or is that the wire that carry’s the …

  15. Hello I know it's been brought up countless times, but I have a few questions regardless. I'm looking to give my truck a little more pep in her step with either some 100hp or even 120s. I was set on 100s until I messaged Chris at Ducky about some new ones. He suggested 120hp VCOs. And he was the only one I've talked to that didn't suggest a SAC. So i might be leaning towards 120s now. So now on to the turbo.     Hey gents, having an issue with my iQuad BT. I had Quadzilla update the box to the v2 tuning and I have the correct V2 1998.5-2002 vehicle profile selected. I've purchased a tune or two off of the Quad Downloads section and it won't allow me to select it. This is an issue for me on multiple devices, they're all .json files. One of the tunes I was able to select but once I open it with the Quad app the whole app crashes. Is there a way to manually open up the tune file and manually input them into my app? Anybody run into this issue before? About ready to ditch the iQuad and go back to an Edge... Here's a screen shot of the what it looks like
