  1. Yea.... and that's not even close to a 1/4 mile run. I think the intercooler is having some adverse effects
  2. Mike made that..... I though the same thing. Swapped vp's and no difference. Too bad you aren't in CO I'd let you listen to an angry motor!
  3. I bet money you'd never notice the difference between two keys.... Heck guys have jumped teeth on the gear to try and gain timing. It didn't even make the truck run funny.
  4. I enjoy getting the views from both sides. Both sides have a ton of knowledge.... it just seems to be more friendly over here.
  5. Well thanks for making my night! I did the first one then the second one haha! These engines don't run smooth as silk.... Trust me over 7 thousand dollars later mine still does not run smooth as silk! I'd check the flex plate... if that's good run it! If something was majorly wrong it would show up in the analysis.
  6. 100% consistent or intermittent at all?
  7. Nope use the functions. The amount of fuel burned should be accurate with how much you put in.
  8. http://forum.mopar1973man.com/index.php?/topic/10499-the-time-has-come-to-produce-the-high-idle-switches-again/ Here you are!
  9. See if it's spitting oil out the back side of the turbo.
  10. Just forward of the fuel inlet. It connects the return line as well
  11. You will hear some hissing as it seeps by the rings and such, but that's normal. Get yourself a spray bottle with soap and water and start spraying all over while it's pressurized. That's the easiest way to find leaks!
  12. What do you mean other end?? You should let it blow the air into the engine. If you're stopping before the intake horn it could be blowing the air out of the intake horn / grid heater gaskets
  13. Maybe a boot with a somewhat loose clamp? Starts blowing boost out when it reaches a certain psi?
  14. Sounds like boost blowing out of somewhere to me.....
  15. A bark is not even close to what a bad tensioner sounds like..... Grab the wastegate arm and see if it will move with just your hand. I guess it's possible the diaphragm went bad.
  16. Read my reply above A wastegate does not make a sound like that. Also, if you could fill out your signature with your transmission that would be great!
  17. Boost leaks can make a screaming sound as well. I'd start there if the blades on the compressor aren't touching the compressor housing.
  18. I was just swapping for testing purposes guys. I've still got my SO in.
  19. I won't have enough fuel to overspool the primary right now, and like you said swapping is easy. Currently it is set at 48psi.... but with a blown intercooler I'm not sure if it's even gating. It'll likely need to be gated around 25 with twins.
