  1. Wow im glad when i worked at the dealer we never bullshitted anybody. There is no reason to
  2. If i remember right its been within the last 6 montgs to a year where quality went downhill. I was even talking to the local carquest and they changed who made the carquest brand suspension parts. They went from moog to somebody else but cant remember
  3. Ive heard moog quality has gone down the drain. Cant remember were i seen that, i was doing some research on ball joints for a kid and was reading alot about it.
  4. If you can find a lower ball joint that is greasable and you can keep the zerk in, get that one. Most of them you grease, pull the zerk, and install a plug.
  5. Ive never installed anything but regular ball joints into 2500-3500 pickups. I just did a 3500 last week.
  6. I gotta do mine too. Gonna do a write-up when i do mine. Also have a whole list of things im going to do while im in there. Im tired of leaving an oil puddle the size of a softball everytime i stop somewhere
  7. There are way cheaper options out there. I cant wait to get rid of my lift and 35s.
  8. Revo is your timing, duration, torque. You change that then it uses it on whichever sw you put it to
  9. There is a limited amount of settings you can change. Hopefully they add UDC like the 3rd gen smartys and then you will be able to adjust more
  10. Ive done 20+ pumps and have only had to warranty 2. No questions asked I had new pumps in 3 days. If I didnt trust them, I wouldnt have installed a airdog2-165 on my personal pickup.
  11. Pcm is not the fuse box, the pcm controls trans, cruise, and all the non engine components
  12. http://articles.mopar1973man.com/2nd-generation-24v-dodge-cummins/26-engine-systems/42-crankcase-vent-mod Once your engine gets up to temp it shouldnt drop sitting at a light. It takes a lot to get the heat out of the engine
  13. They had a bunch of bad pumps where some idiot decided to try a new seal design. Well it ended up allowing fuel to get up into the pump. If it pops again, call airdog and see if they will warranty it. Alsp could be junk in the gears but i would doubt that with it being an airdog and debris having to go through the w/s first.
  14. Power at yel/wht. Ground at blk/wht
  15. Always adjust bands, i dont understand why they say not too
  16. With quadzilla being out of business I would go with smarty or comp. Im not a big edge fan. We have tried puck with smarty and adrenaline wih smarty and the adrenaline made massive amounts of power and was driveable with the custom tuning. My adrenaline made 180rwhp over stock.
  17. The test is for flow so i would assune they want more fuel flow than pressure
  18. Ya. I have seen one but never all. And one is pretty rare
  19. I was actually thinking about doing this. I was gonna wrap my sump, lines, filters and Airdog.
  20. Make sure power is getting back to raptor. They will ask you. That fuse and the relay it runs to is for the raptor. Listen for a click in that relay to know if its turning on
  21. Is your raptor on the side of the block on back on the frame?
  22. Most likely you have the bad seal in the raptor and its fried. Call pureflow with your serial number and they will send you a new one. Before you do that, make sure you have a power and ground to the pump. Also check the fuse for the raptor Your vp doesnt have a pump inside (cp3s do). What is happening is there is a vacuum created in the vp that will pull fuel. Once you break that vacuum, no more running pickup
  23. Thanks for going through this so i can use it for diagnostics in the future
