  1. So far so good with mine. Gotta wire in the led but i might wait until i replace the dash
  2. Spray brake clean where the spring tool goes and tap on the fitting. You will know when the tool goes in. Like moparman said you will need to twist and also replace those o-rings
  3. Thats cheap and isspros are good gauges. Wish i would of known before i bought mine
  4. I know people dont like it but i bouught an oil pressure gauge off amazon. I have less than 30 into it with copper tubing upgrade. Reads perfect and no leaks.
  5. Do you have gauges? You are not going to lift the head at that boost. Our sled puller was hitting 48psi with no issues. Check all the injector line hold down bolts and intake plate bolts. When those leak, they sound just like what your explaining. Ask me how I know, lmao
  6. Stay away from the genos one. I have two buddies that had them and they get really dingy and the clearness goes away from he oils in your hand wearing into them.
  7. Ya flywheel. And it was the engine oil drain plug leaking that got up onto the clutch disk
  8. I got a billet one with the cummins C on it. I got mine off of ebay dont know if he still sells them. He was from australia.
  9. Our sled pulling truck had the gasket leaking on the drain plug. Well my buddy did a burn out and actually welded the clutch to the flex plate. So ya oil does weird things to clutch disks
  10. Got her in. Cut the spacers at 1/2" long. Didnt wire led in at this time. One last question that i couldnt find on the other threads, lets say i turn it to 3 cylinder and i idle for 5 minutes. Do i just flip it to mpg once i get back into the truck to drive?

  12. Ok i couldnt take it. Gonna install it today while the turkey is frying. One question, does the led wire go do constant 12 volts or keyed?

  14. Just got mine tonight. Probably gonna be a week or two before install. Everybody thinks they need work done on their trucks at the end of the year
  15. Could also be connector tube o-rings. They cause hard starts
  16. 13 isnt good fuel pressure. 18 is good pressure. Try opening your fuel filler cap. My 02 developed a problem where the tank wasnt venting so i would have vacuum in my system. I eventually just left the cap loose and the hard starts, stopped.
  17. I missed the t6 and only saw rotella. Anyways i have seen syn. burn more than dyno. I personally dont like syn and dont see any advantages of running it. I tried it in my wifes jeep and i constantly smelt burning oil and would actually leak oil. Switched back and never smelled it again. As far as the turbo leak and smoke, just depends on the amount of oil. Where he isnt losing much it could be possible.
  18. There is also an adjustment for the indicator in the dash. Cant remember if that is out of adjustment if it will not let the shifter go all the way into park.

  20. I loved my bi-xenons in my 02. Actually have a set in the garage waiting for a nice day to put in my 01 and the wifes sequoia. Actually had xenons in my wifes 04 grand cherokee and she loved them. I know people will say they are illegal but i see them all over the place now and havnt heard of one person getting into trouble. I would love a set of projectors but from what i had in my 02, the light output was amazing.
  21. I dont know why he said to switch from one dino oil to another. They are pretty much the same. I would pull your downpipe off your turbo and see if you are leaking oil past the turbo into the exhaust. I have seen that a couple of times. If that isnt it, compression check.
  22. 22-24psi if i remeber its in that range.
  23. Have you checked the drain tube for the hvac housing
