  1. Disconnect and clean the plugs on the ambient temp sensor. It will be a black sensor up by the radiator.
  2. Probably power for the radio/clock
  3. The warranty actually has been really good and turn around was quick. Customer service was good too. But you shouldnt have this many problems. I actually did another set about a year ago and he hasnt had any problems with them.

  5. 01 dodge 5 speed. Quadzilla adrenaline, 150hp injectors, smarty, raptor 150. Made 450hp 1200tq on stock turbo and stock vp44
  6. With brand new batferies you should be able to cycle the heaters many times and still be able tovstart your truck. I have junk batteries and i can cycle twice and still start. Take both positive cables off the batteries. Hook a test light between the positive clamp and positive post on one of the batteries. If you have a major draw the light will be bright. If you dont it will just barely light up. Pull the iod fuse and if you still have a light on then start pulling fuses until the light dims or goes out. Anytime you open a door or use anything that uses power the light will brighten.

  9. I do believe that oil breaks down and starts to become acidic and maybe there is moisture in the oil. I used to know but i forget
  10. Ive ran rotella delo mobile. I run fleetguard filters. The sensor and solenoid really change the way the trans shifts. Its easy to do since you will have he pan off. Also a band adjustment isnt hard either and is a must.
  11. Governor pressure sensor and solenoid. Adjust bands. I also add some lucas trans additive also
  12. Ive adjusted valves on a detroit 2-stroke dump truck. They call them road oilers because they leak so much. And there is that old saying, if it isnt leaking oil, its probably out of oil
  13. I have installed the black faced 7 color series and I personally have the max tow fuel pressure. Ive had to replace two fuel pressures and an egt on the black face gauges. On my maxtow, the needle looks like a windshield wiper when ever i barely touch the throttle. If I had to do it again, I would get isspros.
  14. We have to replace pistons and cylinders less. If you think about it, the 2 strokes are firing more often so thats means its wearing faster. I persoally like working on the 4 strokes also. Much cleaner. Both make 4500hp. Some guys like pulling with the 2 strokes and other like the 4s.
  15. We have two and four strokes locomotives. The 4 strokes hold up way better, burn cleaner, and are quieter.
  16. Yes it will. Happened on my 06 and my dads 06. Plus many others that i fixed qt the dealer. The door falls down ontop of he fan and blocks most of the air.
  17. No a broken recirc usually block air flow
  18. Recirc door is a common failure because the moror keeps turning when the door is against the stop
  19. On your 03 the vacuum pump is by the passenger side firewall. When you turn he key on you should hear it click on for a second. I do believe he only use for it was for cruise.
  20. All electric. I do believe it is the controllee but not certain. Its been a couple of years since ive dealt with this issue
  21. 12qts is actually what I put in and its never over full.
  22. Get rid of emissions and there will be no problems. Biggest thing is not to idle them. Also they have to be used and cant be drove like a car. Use the exhaust brake as much as possible espcially if he does have to idle. If its an auto he can idle the motor up using the cruise control.
  23. If i remember right its under the bat wing. Only a couple of bolts hold it on
  24. We have been running into the same problems as you. I cant believe the amount of people that have gelled up so far this year. I have been trying to add #1 as much as i burn through the fuel in my tank.
