F-150 heater core replacement
The heater core on our 2009 F-150 is leaking. The dealer wants $1200 labor to replace this $100 part! Does anybody know where I can find instruction so I can replace it myself?

This is how I feel too. This truck will be our car. I have the 2500 for working.

Ram 1500 diesel
Any new input on these trucks? I'm seriously thinking about getting one to replace my weary VW Passat.

AirDog 150 in cold weather
I've always been under the impression that mixing #1 and #2 didn't prevent gelling because it's the wax in the summer fuel that causes the problem. So you dilute it but the wax is still there it just takes longer to become a problem. Right or wrong?

Artic Express Coming
Why do you guys have so many gelling problems? We've never had fuel gel up in our tractors and only once in my ram and once in a Freightliner on the farm.

Artic Express Coming
Was that -58 the actual temp or the windchill factor? There is a big difference...

Gauge Time ISSPro EV2's
Those are the exact gauges I have. And as I've said before, no issues. Been 3 years now.

mechanical verses electronic gauges
Well I'm a big fan of my isspro electronic gauges. The only problem I had was I took out the fuel pressure sensor before I learned I needed a needle valve in front of it. Would've ruined a mechanical gauge too.

Update on my 47re mod
Have you seen the passage where the blockage is required? I doubt jb weld would be going anywhere wrong.

Why did you go bumper hitch on the trailer versus gooseneck?

Death wobble
The culprit is found. It was the steering shock.

Death wobble
Someone recently mentioned that about all that can be done with an alignment on these trucks is adjusting the toe. If that's the case couldn't I just do that myself by measuring across the front and rear of the steering tires? I'll check out the sway bar bushings.

Death wobble
Just what I didn't want to hear!! It's weird, no death wobble for the 5 years I've had the truck and now it has it really bad.

Death wobble
I can't find the problem. Replaced all but one tie rod end and that one has zero play. I have a wee bit of play in my track bar. But less than when I replaced it and I never had a death wobble then. I hooked a pry bar in the left wheel and pulled on it. I was amazed at the flex in the tie rods. Could that be the problem? Or incorrect toe in after replacing the tie rod ends?

fuel lubricity study 2007
No gelling here either. Not sure why cuz we're further north than most that are having trouble. Is Canadian fuel better quality? It always amazes me how much trouble you guys have. We never add antigel either.

Possible lift pump fix teaser
How many gallons per hour of fuel would those trucks burn? Seems amazing that a half inch line could supply that!
