  1. I am so so so close to cruise state verify to jump into the timing map needed. Been a royal PITA
  2. I honestly have no idea man, it is frustrating. ( dodge is beating me up)
  3. Cheap green has always worked for me.
  4. So I found out that the map sensor for late trucks sucks. Early trucks take altitude into consideration, late trucks do not.. So I fixed the map for the boost sensor for Tyler and it broke it for sea level.
  5. More changes are coming mike, good ones. More control of timing at cruise, but the base is the same. I am excited to see how this is going to work.
  6. If you can't get a cummins water pump then get the one that is cheapest with a lifetime warranty. Sure it will be a lifetime of changing it, but at least it is free to do so. I typically have to do it every 2 years or so with my cheap pump, but that means I am forced to semi flush my fluid also haha
  7. A 561ve, 551ve, or 451ve would be stupid awesome hahaha.
  8. I agree %100 with those suggestions hahahaha Just pulling your chain.
  9. Give an inch and they take a mile Kidding of course glad you are happy with progression. the bottom end grunt you feel is the timing reduction in place for low boost high TPS. I don't foresee any changes to the base code at this point, The timing tuning is now in place to allow the end user to mess with timing and fine tune the mpg numbers at cruise.
  10. I am revamping my statement on timing at cruise, you should be looking for 19-20* at cruise for timing for best MPG.
  11. So you are talking to the SCI bus on the PCM by probing those wires. What issues are you having exactly?
  12. Canbus wires don't go into the OBD plug, only SCI and CCD. What pins in the OBD were you scoping?
  13. The edge will read Rpm via canbus which likely uses the cam sensor, the cluster talks to the pcm for rpm which likely uses the crank sensor. So even though the edge reads rpm your cel might be on. What codes do you have?
  14. Eta is unsure. We need to order the parts and build the units. I would not bet on us getting the cooler line kits out for at least 4 weeks.
  15. New carrier bearing and yokes don't budge when I pry on them.
  16. ujoints up front are new too, I forgot I replaced them.
  17. More data, Note what the timing does when accelerating now, the trends follow oem much better now. No reduction in place here, but you can see at the end the cruise state timing coming into play wher eI circled.
  18. You are more than welcome to come drive it haha.
  19. Can't be telling people my plan in public hahaha. Nah I don't really care enough to put more money into it. If the wheels haven't fallen off yet I have accept it and keep driving. I really think it is just ovaled out holes and beat up body mounts.
  20. i'd prefer the entire truck hahahaha
  21. all the time, could be a crack in the road or a man hole cover or a pot hole from hell, the clunk is there reminding me how much I hate chystler products from the 90's
  22. whats the PN for a 2016 3500 with a g56? I can't find it in my diagrams
  23. My best guess at this point is my body mounts are fubar'd and that is the issue. I have checked and replaced the bushings, but who knows. Shocks bolts are tight. pcv reroute, but it had the clunk before and after and while it fell off lol. tcase was hitting the cab, but I fixed that, clunk before and after. bump stops are looking good, plus there is no way the suspenesion would flex enough to hit hte bump stops at 5 mph. Wheel bearings are new and tight.
  24. The clunk feels as if the axle is shifting. it is by no means a same clunk. Had I not been under the truck 1000 times looking for it I would be worried the axle was going to fall off. But I can unload the font suspension and pry, wiggle, hit, kick, bounce, etc and everything is tight.
