I just installed my injectors from DAP today. When I ordered (Mitchell, I believe thats his name) made it real simple for me he said new is always the right answer. So new bodies it was.

Well I dont see how replacing the buld fixed it but hey I'll take it.

I have a draw straw installed. Basket is just for fuel sender and return.

I have the return from the head still hooked up to the factory in the tank basket. I cant confirm there is not a restriction there but when I ran it by AirDog he didnt seem to think it was a issue. Return from the pump is connected to the filler neck and dumping into the tank. Still waiting on gauge to confirm pressure.

Does the overhead slash sunglasses holder just snap in? No compass display or temp. The issue im having is one of the push button lights is glowing all the time. I used to bump it and it would go out now it glows all the time. Still comes on as it should I just feel its a connection issue, ground.

Sorry but the ones ive used are junk. The shrink gets weak wires poke through and I dont believe they are as good over time. I use the crimp with shrink. The wires stay in the sleeve also dont skimp on crimpers. Being in the welding business for 25 years I have never seen anything better than what you can put your hands on. My point is I dont trust foreign solder and tin. Its hard enough buying it from people you trust.

So ever since I installed this new pump and switched all my pricol gauges over to the new to me 02 3500 cab and chassis the pump pressure has been 21psi. I switched the 17psi spring back out for the 15psi spring and dropped it 1psi. With my foot in it it will only drop to 19psi. I have a new gauge coming to test my gauge but was just curious if this has been heard of before? I talked to AirDog and they werent very much help due to simply it is what it is until the new gauge says its the pump. He did mention cutting coils off the spring but I think the pump should go back if it comes to that. Thanks

I agree, I'll go a little farther and say I dont think we should be in china. China is all out stealing info from the US continually, there are 2000 cases of theft of documents by china that have not seen the light of day. Another thing of interest is china owns 80% of the raw materials it takes to make lithium batt. and yet china only owns 1% of that in their country. They will restrict our athletes when they go there and we let theirs run loose and some hire them for chauffeurs. I gotta get off this before I get wound up.

I never go anywhere without it. With me being on a busy hwy I carry it always. Ive had people sneak up on me and it pisses me off.

People come up missing, unexplained. Tracking dogs simply stop, cold trail. I have a bit of trailing experience and can tell you a sent hound dont loose sent unless it vanishes litery in thin air. My hound can track you with a two day old trail like it was just made. Micro particles linger for a good while. Here in Tx about 6 months ago a man broke down on the highway and took off walking, hounds trailed him but he was headed straight out to nowhere. What made him think that was a good idea? Why didnt he stay with the road and walk back to the town he just left? Hounds trailed him into the woods a trail stopped. He was never found. Lots of unexplained things going on.

My battery post are on the verge of breaking and trying to avoid the expense of new cables. If you do a search for these it comes up with like three connections on each terminal. If someone wouldnt mind checking these out? I tried to get a pic to post but I'm not good at that at all.

Resetting should be done when batterys have been disconnected for sure. I had a similar surge while using accelerator, when cruise control on it stopped surging, my vp was going out.

Yeah its still going I sold my old truck so I just bought a new flat bed to go on it. Also ordered 50hp injectors and soon a Quadzilla, the 65hp tune.

Did not replace the ball just the spare spring, its supposed to be a 17 lb spring. I think ill put the old spring back in it and see what happens.

So I just got my gauges switch over from my 01 truck to the 02 truck both are 3500, I need to change all my truck info those two trucks are gone in my sig. But anyhow I have a snubber and a needle valve in the 1/2 in fuel line going to the vp44. Well when I first fired it up fuel pressure was 20psi and it stayed there for 30 seconds or so and went down to 17.50 and pretty much stays in that area. I took the truck down the road for 2 miles and back and on my way back it climbs to 20-21 psi and has stayed there, shut it off fired it back up and still 20psi. I removed the spring airdog150 pump came with and put the 17psi spring in. Im wondering is spring in a bind or is my gauge acting up, fuel gauge is a pricol and its probably a 10 year old gauge. And is 20 psi ok to run at?

I just went with dap because most here recommend them. So I stared comparing prices and wow good savings. For comparison 4" straight piped Diamond Eye 332.00 everyone is higher but one place was 562.00 same exhaust. Thanks for the heads up Michael.
