long cranking after AIRDOG INSTALL
We will be waiting. Dont worry about cutting something new, my kit came with couplings just for that purpose. No big deal.

Fuel prices going up again
.99 aint never going to be seen again. but I do not disagree with whatyou are saying. It kills me when I see numbers on the economy and no one sees how much the price of a gallon of gas takes out of it. The class of people that need to spend the money to get the ecomony rolling again are spending their money on gas and not goods.

are you able to pump fuel thru the VP without starting the engine?

stumped
I dont know how you could do an individual injector line. I have heard several people say the lift pump will not pump thru the VP, but after I installed my AD, I bumped the starter with the injector lines(1,3,and4) loose and it did pump a fair amount of fuel thru them after a few trys. After hearing so many time the lift pump cant do that, I spent about 30 minutes looking for a fuel leak until I realized the fuel was coming thru the injector lines I had cracked open. I want to believe what I was told about that not being possible but I can still do it with mine. As far as pumping it thru 1 particular injector, I dont know. Mine was pumping it thru all of the ones that were open.Could this be possible due to newer upgrades in pump reman?

What part is this in the HVAC Box
I lost my speeds then the blower bearings started screamin. The screanin meemie(not to be confused with a screamin beaver) took it out. It aint no fun to get to under the dash. A little awkward.

long cranking after AIRDOG INSTALL
Back when I was having all my problems and before I found this site, I googled trouble codes and found all kinds of lists of codes. I dont think I saw this one before. Mike has a good list in the articles section that pretty complete and the 211 is not listed. If this on is any good it says your ecm is toast. Not sure that is the case. Mikes list shows 606 as the ecm code. When you get a chance rent an scanner or go to an auto parts store and have them read them. It would be intersting to see what you come up with. How about going to the users cp and fill out your signatue with everything you know about your truck like you see under all my posts.

It appears to be the resitor for you blower motor. You need to replace it if it has a piece broken off. You will loose the speeds on the blower motor. It is easiert to replace now than later. I dont think they are that expensive and much easier to replace while that dash is out.

RV275 Injectors?
I had leaking after my install, but I was told to tighten the injectors first. That was a mistake. I took everything loose and tightened the cross over tubes first and the leaks stopped. High and dry ever since. I did get a boost in milage even with all the leaks. Have not been able to run a tank on the highway sense to see if it improved after the leak fix. Last 2 tanks I got to check for highway was 19.2.

Bulk Oil Buying... Transfer pumps for Crankcase oil
That's about $15 a gallon. Do you mix it all together and use it for every thing?

the 211 code bugs me. Are you sure it was nto a 216. That would be the VP. the only reference I could find for 211 was for a 12 cylinder engine on google.

Auto High Idle?
I gues I was wrong. Just did not think the early 3rd gens had it. evidenly
-
Auto High Idle?
I dont think the early 3rd gens have it. I know the 2nd gens dont. High idle alone does not make much differance, you have to load the engine. My e brake does when you idle out. 350* to 400* on flat ground and 500or a little better with a slight incline

Had one heck of a week "In a Good way"
That why i say clean house and start over. get all the money and corprate intrest be they global or national out of politics and have these people do the peoples buisness. To get elected today cost so much money that everyone is beholden to the folks with the money and not the people who elected them. I dont think W&F sould be offended by the track this thread has taken. I am proud he has taken the step to get involved and maybe more of us should.

long cranking after AIRDOG INSTALL
I have opened my drain on the oe canister with the ADII 165 running and it will spill some fuel. I was quite suprised at how much will come out. Since the system is sealed while doing this it will not introduce air while under pressure as long as you close the valve while the pump is runnig I installed a big line kit between the oe canister and the vp to eliminate the restrictive or fuel line. That is a must if you wish to used the oe canister. I tapped my FP gauge into this line. Jasvan told me has an ADII but it is not a 165 as i recall and they do make smaller flow ADII's. I am not sure if they have the pressure regulator like the 165 and he appears to be getting conflicting info from folks he has dealth with. Jasvan, which AD are you using? I cant remember.

When I told you that I was talking about the valve on the oe fuel canister. My AD is connected thru the oe canister. Yours probably is not. That was a personal choice of mine. I am not sure how big a stream of fuel will come thru the AD FW seperator. sorry about that. but it sounds like it is atleast pumping fuel. You could pull the fuel lin loose from the vp and see if you have a good stream there. definately get a bucket, it will push out alot of fuel if it is pumping properly. This will also let air into the vp which will have to be bled out to start the engin most likely. sometimes not, most times yes.

Not all come with a new computer. DAP sells them both ways. When comparing prices ask about the computer. Jacob Kidd will treat you right.

What is this noise? (video)
I take it that thump is not normal. I did not notice any differance after I adjusted my valves. Of course I have heard it for so long I dont pay much attention to it.

What is this noise? (video)
I cant tell you what it is, but mine has done since it was new and still does it. It is more pronounced since I installed the BHAF inplace of the factory air cleaner. I am sure some one here has an explanation for it.
