ABS kicking in
Ok plan of attack for this problem is to bleed brakes, remove and inspect front abs sensors, monitor ABS data...

Blue-Top vs Redhead steering gear
About to pull the trigger on a new gear from one or the other vendor. Blue Top is cheaper but my question is does BT have ball bearings in theyre boxes? I know redhead does and i just drove a 12V at work with a redhead and it drove like a dream! Iv heard customer service at redhead isnt the best? Who has BT and who has RH? What are your thoughts?

Ok il do that as well. Do you think debris on or in the sensor would cuase this? I sort of remember seeing dust in theyre but didnt think much about it.

Foglight wiring issues
Dude I know like the diagram are no help to me because I can’t read them and they don’t tell me where the wires are.

Foglight wiring issues
I have tried a new switch and it didn’t work so returned it to NAPA. I’ll try and see if I hear anything though. If I pull the fog relay and with the key on probe the relay sockets with a MM or test light thy should tell me if I have a bad wire between the switch and Pdc right?

ABS kicking in
I’ll do that. Also I read something about dirt getting in the sensor holes and such? Wouldn’t be surprised if some landed in they’re. I’m beginning to wonder if ABS stands for Antagonizing Bull Sh$t instead of Antilock Braking System lol

Only 16 PSI?
Marcus2000monster replied to Marcus2000monster's topic in 2nd Generation Dodge Reliability / PerformanceHopefully once I get my boost gauge exchanged and installed I can get a more accurate reading and see if they’re really is a problem.

Marcus2000monster replied to Marcus2000monster's topic in 2nd Generation Dodge Reliability / PerformanceYea it’s wieed my abs kicks in just like when you lock up your brakes on ice. Sounds awful.

Only 16 PSI?
Marcus2000monster replied to Marcus2000monster's topic in 2nd Generation Dodge Reliability / PerformanceLOL it just feels like its so hard on it lol. I have a Isspro boost gauge that i need to send back to Genos to get the black face since i ordered the wrong one and then i got to install it. It could be the ABS tool just isnt accurate for boost readings but the truck also feels very laggy at lower rpms. Seems like if i stomp it at 55 in 6th it takesa little while to build boost and then it will shoot to 90 mph really fast. I was pleasently suprised how much top end power theyre was once it built boost but it took forever. Chris O designed and built a tool to access the CCD Network that is really frickin cool! It will puff a good cloud for sure when i get on it. I swappped my gears and need to reprogram ABS crap to solve my ABS issues and @Mopar1973Man offered to let me borrow it. Its super cool!

Only 16 PSI?
Marcus2000monster replied to Marcus2000monster's topic in 2nd Generation Dodge Reliability / PerformanceI have the waste gate plugged. it literally shot right up to 16 and stopped theyre no matter the throttle input although it wasnt on the floor.( I want my truck to last lol.)

Only 16 PSI?
While using Chris Os abs tool that reads turbo boost I couldn’t hit more than 16 psi. Isn’t this way low for an hx35 with 75s? I need to test for boost leaks again...

Foglight wiring issues
Thanks for this. Unfortunately I don’t understand where on the truck the ground is. I have a terrible time with diagrams lol

ABS kicking in
Hmm so do you think this is the cause of the abs kicking in since I installed different gear ratio?

Foglight wiring issues
@Mopar1973Man My test light lights up on both wires of the fog light socket whether the switch is on or off

ABS kicking in
@Mopar1973Man @Chris O. I don’t want to have to remove the Diff cover to determine the tone ring tooth count and I called the dealer and no go any other suggestions?
