My overhead Lie-O-Meter has been reading about 5mpg higher than I hand calculate for a few years now. Smarty Revo on SW5 default settings.

Went out early this AM to cut some more oak where I'd been cutting over the winter. Finally dried up enough that I wouldn't make tracks in the fields on this "pristine" horse farm that I work at. I've already CSS over a cord from there on 3 prior trips. All hauled in the bed of MightyWhitey.Today I get there, and I have to "hack" my way into where I was working prior because everything has grown up with the wet Spring we're having. I had a lot of wood cut that was sitting because it was too wet to get there to get it out. Today, I got the prior cut wood out and I cut up a bunch more. Filled the bed of MightyWhitey. I still haven't gotten to the "main" trunk of this oak yet. I'm cutting, splittling and stacking the wood from the main branches now. I have 3 more main branches before getting to the truck............which where most of the wood is!!!I'll update this post with pix the next time I make a run from there!!

Can you guess which student is Michael??!!!

Could be a U-joint. Could be a bearing. Could be something on the brake shoe also.More info if possible would be great.

John, I've just under 20k miles since the install, and my mileage still seems to be going up!! I'm not complaining either!!!:thumbup2: Just last week I rotated tires and greased up the parts that I can grease!! My original plan was to pull the hubs apart at 50k and relube as long as there were no problems....................and, "knock on wood", there hasn't been any problems at all.:thumbup2: The MileMarker hubs still turn easily also.................just thru that in, because you said you were a "Warn" guy!!!!

OK guys, it's been more than a few months here, so I thought I'd update this post.My last post in this thread said my mileage was over 19mpg on that Arkansas trip. Normally that time of year, that trip would've gotten me; 17-18mpg at best.It's now getting real warm/hot/humid here in "The Peoples Republic of Illinois"..................and since my last post in this thread, I've not seen a tank of fuel average under 19mpg!!! I've had several pushing 21mpg with about no trailer towing also!! The trailer towing tanks (about 50/50) still are averaging 19+mpg.My fill up today..............617 miles on the tank of fuel...........31.2gallons filled to the brim.......=19.8mpg!!!!!!!!!!:cool:I do believe, that overall, I've picked up over 1mpg increase in fuel mileage prior to the install. That's just MNTBHO of course!!!!

x2!!! I read a whole thread on another forum about that incident. Seems the Chevy gasser owner is a rich Daddy's boy that's never worked in his life, and was making "harsh" statements about Dodge/Cummins/diesels etc. He even said IIRC, that he'd pull that diesel all over the parking lot if he could. He ate his words in spades!!!! After this event, there was supposedly guns drawn and lives threatened. Testosterone and alcohol and stupidity do funny things.

Man, you guys have it made out there. Talk about nice, straight trees. Don't get much easier than that. The "straight" trees I fell, buck and split are still crooked and bent. Not to mention the crooked ones:duh:!!!

I can verify this post with many stories, but I'll tell you's guys only one. On my first hunting trip to NoDak with my friend, we took a mid-afternoon drive to the Jamestown WallyWorld for some "stuff". The weather had turned cold the day prior down to the mid 30's from the upper 60's. I just wore jeans, flannel and a goose down vest...........my bud from KY (thin blood) had his long johns on, gloves, warm hat and heavy coat etc. Walking up to the WallyWorld entrance doors, there were kids playing out front still in shorts and t-shirts!!!!! Seemingly oblivious to the weather!!

I've been thru 3. It's not something I take lightly..............and it's not something I wish on anyone.................some of my friends/family kid me about severe weather if'n we're together when it happens. I either ignore them and prepare to take cover; or read them the riot act if they really tick me off...........or both!!! Being thru them is a complete feeling of incompetence because there is absolutely nothing you can do but take cover/hide/batten the hatches/KYAGB etc.

Heading home today from working, and I hit the wrong switch for the rear passenger window.......................long story short, I hit the front passenger switch, and she WORKS!!!! Hasn't worked since I posted this thread. What the heck!!!!I didn't leave it in the down position just in case she decided not to work after I got home!!!!This leads me to believe it's not the motor but a switch/wiring FUBAR. Any insight is appreciated.Also, I've done nothing to correct this problem since my original post............was waiting for nicer weather.Thanks.

I wouldn't be able to install those injectors if I bought them even. Kinda hard to do that work when you had to sacrifice "an arm and a leg" to get them.:duh:Quality is one thing........................rape is another.:2cents:And I don't mind paying for quality.
