So I plan to jump on this train shortly, waiting for a check to arrive so I can get a Quadzilla Adrenaline with the wifi option. I plan to use my current iphone 6, I was curious if I will need to have the app on all the time with gauges displayed for it to work or only if I want to see the extra gauges? I may convince the wife to upgrade to a new iphone and I will use her 6S+ as a dedicated gauge display in my truck. I'm very computer illiterate, but after reading the info on the Quad multiple times, it's been making more sense. Another question, obviously I will be able to sell my comp and I don't imagine I will need my scangauge anymore either if I get a …

So I was climbing a bit of a grade today and things felt a little funny. Near the top I noticed that RPM's were not changing. And then I noticed that the only things that were updating for sure were fuel pressure, trans temp, and egt; things that are direct to the quad and not through the ECM. So the app was still running, Bluetooth connected. As you will see in the attached pictures, I dropped to 3rd to get the rpms up and the quad's values stayed the same. I could hear the difference in timing, so I thought maybe the timing was stuck on the displayed 15.46°. But I soon realized that the quad had just dropped off the map completely and the factory tuning was …

@Me78569 I thought I'd make a new post instead of pm'ing or stuffing this into an old thread. I decided to calibrate the new MPG feature. I started at a MPG offset of %150. I reset the gallon trip and drove 350.3kms. Gallon trip showed 13.9 Gallons, and I put in 14.719 gallons. So 150%{1+[(14.719-13.9)÷13.9]} = 158.838%. Key on, truck not running, quad open and connected. Went to settings, changed MPG offset from %150 to %158.84. Instant crash. And now every time I open the app it instant crashes, even after device reboot and truck key off/on. I'm guessing that if I clear cache and data from the app, it'll come up again. And if I do th…

So now that it's getting cold here I turned on the high idle so when I remote start my truck it will warm up faster this winter. I have it set for 30 second delay however it never kicks on. I know the temps have been down low enough to trigger it but it just wont kick on. I had it work once when I first turned it on and now it hasn't turned on again. Any insight is appreciated.

I have two issues with my quadzilla v2 right now the first is as soon as high idle turns on it kills my truck and I have to un plug the batteries to get the ecm to trigger the lift pump. The ecm only will put out 4 volts after the truck dies. But will run fine for days if I don't use high idle. My tuck is bassicly bone stock with a airdog 150. If truck is completely warm high idle will work. also no check engine light. Second issue is in first gear the truck will sound like it's missing and spit White smoke. This only happens in first gear leaving from a stop at any power level over 2. It doesn't happen if im on sock level or if Ieave in 2nd gear…

I’m going through old postings trying to figure out what type of power product would be best for my situation. I’m basically completely stock power wise. For me, lots of towing mileage and I would like some more power. This additional power will be added after I get my stock trans worked on. The power that I’m interested the name Quadzilla keeps coming up. For the last several months on here, maybe up to a year, more and more people are using Quadzilla. I’m thinking Quadzilla would help with my lack of power in the mountains towing the wives 9,000 pound trailer. Maybe not solve all my problems but a good start. Other power products are not getting mentio…

So I’ve had my quadzilla on for the past 3 weeks I’d say. It’s been great. Really woke up the truck. Today I was on my way back from a 2hr long drive picking up an air dog 150. When I was 5min away from my dorm going roughly 45mph just normal driving/cruising my check engine light came on and the truck went down to 800 (roughly around idle speed) rpms and I had no power. Pulled over to the side and let it idle for a while and then I slowly drove away and it’s been driving fine. Haven’t been able to check the code yet but will run to oriellys tomorrow to get it checked ( wish you could check codes from the iquad but not a big deal). Has anybody else had an issue like this?…

I found a perfect way of setting this properly for your truck and Quadzilla tunes. This is the maximum engine load allow before Quadzilla Adrenaline kick out of the cruise timing map and switches back to the performance map. All you got to do is set your cruise for 65 MPH at highway speeds and monitor your engine load amount on the display. Like my truck is about 25% engine load at 65 MPH. Now set the Load Limit setting for maybe +5% higher. When you're traveling in rolling country it should hold on to the cruise timing just enough that small changes will not kick the cruise timing out but a fair grade will kick cruise timing out and switch you back to performance timing.…

Hello @Quadzilla Power, I've been having an issue since I installed my IQuadBT that I'd like to rectify. For the most part, everything is great. I have quite a few intermittent connection issues but I've learned to deal with them. The biggest problem is the "Failed to Export" message I get when trying to capture a data log, of any size. I really need to do some data logging on my primary device, an Android In-Dash head unit, running version 4.4.4. I can export on my Samsung Galaxy S4 running 6.0.1. However, my tunes are on the in-dash unit, and there is no easy way that I know of for switching tunes back and forth. And all of my tweaks and changes are on the p…

Now for those of you looking to get your "Daily Tune" smoke-free as possible. So I'll say @Me78569 is right you want to set the Quadzilla to level 1 and use the valet mode to find your start fuel percentage. So keep rolling back till you can no longer see smoke from a heavy throttle launch. So once you got that figured out now you need to build a good fueling curve. Now change the Quadzilla to level 3. What I use for building curves is an exponential growth calculator. http://www.rapidtables.com/calc/math/exponential-growth-calculator.htm Enter initial value (x0): Use your value from level 0. Enter growth/decay rate (r): Use your growth rate …

Well i have been doing some beta testing on an instant mpg meter and a gallon used trip. Today was the first day i could calibrate my pumped gallons used vs the calculated gallons used. Happen to report my guess what only .5 gallon off. After calibration it us dead on. I need to run a few more tanks, but we should have these working based on injector size and the fueling command. Really cool stuff.

Hey guys, So I've been using a boost Defuel setting of 50psi. Works great. No matter what tune I run, boost ramps up quickly and sits about a needle width below 50 on my gauge, and 48psi on the quad. Beautiful. Now that's where it stays until the 47re shifts from 3rd to OD. Canbus fuel must be clamped to a certain # in 3rd, and when OD takes over, rpms are much much lower (.69:1 instead of 1:1 gear ratio), so I've lost that much fuel. Boost drops significantly at this point. I haven't datalogged but I believe I'm losing more than 10 psi in overdrive. The only option I have is to let off the go fast pedal and get back on it. Any ide…

been doing a ton of reading and trial and error and having slight difficulties with my tune. i have a 99 cummins with a built 47re, fass 150 6x.018 sac injectors .093 tubes, stock lines, dragon flow 150% over pump. arp studs, 103# valve springs and extreme duty pushrods, and 67 / 88 compounds. ive got a good DD tune that has very minimal smoke, working on my track tune and on level 5 it will rev all the way to 4k when i put it to level 6 with 100% wiretap it cuts out at 22-2500 rpm sounds like its hitting limiter not sure what to change to make it pull all the way to 4k without cutting out like that any info would be appreciated

My Quad ADR stopped connecting to my devices recently. Sent it out and they tested and played with it and said my BT adapter tested fine, my module had a bad CANBUS connection but connected do their devices fine with their BT adapter. They replaced what they needed to and sent it back. Plugged it in today and no connection to devices again. My main harness is devoid of wire breaks and conections all look clean as well, Quad says harness malfunctions are almost non existent. I called them and they are getting back to me when they can come up with an answer. Any ideas while I wait to try. Tried 3 android devices, re installed app on each device, tried searching for BT unit …

Hey guys, was wondering what ya'll's thoughts were on running 1 EGT probe to 2 devices. I currently have my EGT probe hooked up to my ISSPRO gauge so that I could monitor the temperatures easily, but I wanted to make a Y connector connecting the 1 EGT probe to both my ISSPRO gauge and my Quadzilla so I can datalog and use backdowns. Would there be any issue as far as voltage drop causing inaccurate readings or would I be in the clear? I drew a picture in Paint to show exactly what i'm talking about.

Let me start off by saying that I am in no way affiliated with Quadzilla or Diesel Auto Power. I was simply asked to test the new updates because I have big injectors, I'm familiar with the Quad, and I know the person doing all of the tuning. This person wishes to remain anonymous, so it will stay that way. On to the good stuff!!! So what is V2? Basically it's a way to gain more control over the tuning parameters, with an emphasis on CLEAN POWER. I've got big injectors, and I've driven my own truck enough that I can drive it virtually smoke free, but I have to be very careful with the right petal (even when set to stock) Here are the custom tuning parameter…

I have been after the guys at Quadzilla Power to make a couple changes for me. I'm hoping that, with a little combined interest from the community here, maybe I can get these changes implemented. The changes I have requested are: Trans temp reading from the can bus so I can use the trans/oil temp sender that comes with the Quadzilla for my oil tempo and still be able to read trans temp at the same time; The ability to select engines and transmissions independently so I can have the gauges for me Cummins engine and the correct gear indicator for my 6 speed Allison. I get that this doesn't apply to most but I never heard anyone say more options isn't better; …
