Just got it delivered the other day, and this thing has some torque, So far used it to rip a bunch of wild bushes out of the ground, roots and all. The wife likes it, good to have a supportive wife. Bob, (me) likes it alot, I even look like a farmer setting on it. At rest in the shop.

ok - don't think I have seen this one before that I remember. Got my truck back few weeks back with new RV275's and some valve/head work. All good except when I start off in morning it stalls the engine. Basically I start 1st time everytime with 16-17psi. Then I sit for 30 secs @800 rpm and as soon as I engaged 'D' or 'R' (depending on how parked) ... the rpms drop around 400 and the engine stalls. Once the enine is warmed up and running ...... all ok .......... any ideas ???

Hello all, I believe I have a bad connector ring O-ring on injector #1. I can see it weeping. I loosened the fuel line and tried to see if seated correctly, that looked to be good. That is why I'm suspecting the bad o-ring. Seems like a easy fix. Do I really need that tool from Snap-on to pull tube out? Also if anybody has part number for them, from Cummins or the dealership. I would appreciate the info. Thanks,John

Long story short, truck hasn't been ran in 3 months. Changed head gasket before It was started, took it on a test run and about 1/2 mi from home #6 intake rocker plastic retainer had enough. I'm guessing it broke, then pushrods shoved it up pushing the bridge off the valves. When the rod came up it also pushed the rocker far enough over to lodge it into the bolt which didn't allow it to rock anymore. Got home and found a few others where cracked/brittle so I ordered new ones. Turns out cummins has a newer updated style, ordered them on Saturday. I'll let y'all know how then are when they get here. Pics of #6, and stock photo of the new style…

Hi guys, I ordered one of those bluetooth plug in obd II scanners and tried it out tonight. I finally got it to read and I came up with an error code. I'll include a photo I took of the screen, but it was: P0234 Turbo/Super Charger Overboost Condition. Well, I think I just tripped across a list elsewhere on the site. Can someone confirm that this is the same code, as it isn't labeled the same but the number is the same. http://forum.mopar1973man.com/threads/2569-P0234-Turbo-Boost-Limit-Exceeded Next question: How worried by this should I be and is this telling me of a cascade of problems in front of me? Thanks to all, Jamman

A little back story- i bought The truck with a bad lift pump I changed the lift pump to a raptor 150. When I went and had everything bolted up in the original location for the raptor and plugged it in and went to prime my truck I realize that the driver for the lift pump through the ECM was bad I was getting no power to my lift pump so I hardwired it to an ignition source . I knew in the back of my mind the VP was going to be close behind I anticipated the job. About 2 Months ago when the weather started getting warmer once my truck was hot it was having trouble starting it would take a few seconds to crank and then finally start so I ordered a new pump and put i…

So the other week I installed one of Southbend's street dual discs, along with an upgraded input shaft and upgraded southbend hydros. I noticed that it was very hard to get into gear, and yes I have the pedal adjusted above the brake about 1"and I understand its a heavy dual disc. Figured it just needed to drive it a bit and put a couple miles on it. Long story short I needed to replace my transfer case tailshaft seal. Then when pulling my truck out of the garage I noticed that when trying to put it in reverse the truck was moving slightly backwards, telling me that the clutch is clearly dragging. My first attempt to solve this issue was to call Southbend thi…

My truck has been dead for a few days now and I was referred to this site for better, more useful help, so here goes... I was in the middle of a coolant flush, heater on full blast, truck was idling for maybe 20 minutes, then suddenly sputtered and died. It cranks but will not fire up. Throws a P0234 code for "overboost", however this seems to be irrelevant, as I was driving it unusually hard the night before, to check for oil leaks since I had just changed oil/filter. Anyways, the issue seems to be narrowed down to lift or injector pump, or both. Heres what I've done so far: added 5 gallons to fuel tank, primed pump 8 times, loosened injector line on one of cylinders whi…

Hey everyone I'm new to the forum and trying to learn as much about my dodge as I can to keep it on the road. I just put an isspro fuel pressure gauge on it confirmed that I need a lift pump. (not that I didn't know that already). My question is I have been looking at lp and I've decided to go with the air dog 100 big line kit whatever I need to do it right. I have no plans for engine/power upgrades I'm just looking for longevity and later on who knows I might want to add something. Just wondering if I'm on the right track. Your input is appreciated.

Hi All, I recently purchased a 4WD 2500 24v 5.9 with 115K miles. No problems at all for the first 800 miles. Twice since then, the engine has stumbled. Cruising at about 35mph, fully warmed up, with about half a tank of fuel, it just fell on its face for about a half a second, and then picked itself up like nothing ever happened. Any thoughts? I drained some clean fuel from the fuel/water separater, no water. There was a wire dangling that I re-connected to the filter housing. I think it was for the water in fuel sensor. That was about 100 miles ago. Today, the ABS and BRAKE lights come on and stay on. Gauges all look normal, and the brakes seem to work fine. Pro…

Been lurking the forum forever but haven't posted much because I can usually find the answer. Anyways, I just bought a Frankenstein 99 Dodge that's p-pumped, with a G56 transmission. It also has an S363 turbo with 70 hp injectors, and it's leveled on 35x20's. Someone has spent a significant amount of time and money upgrading this truck, but it also came with a lot of issues. (I might add that the body and paint on the truck is 9/10, only 1 noticeable dent.) For instance, the front end is loose as hell, but the truck came with all the parts to do a front end rebuild. The dash is busted all to hell, the AC doesn't work at all, the gauge cluster doesn't funct…

So my new truck has been having a problem particularly when cold. When shifting from 1st to 2nd it would shift up and down quickly a couple times and then continue through the gears normally. I had a tps code at one point and talked to a local transmission shop and they mentioned it could be the throttle position sensor. I hooked up the shops scan tool and noticed the old sensor would only read to 87% not 100% when throttle was all the way down. I bought a new tps and replaced it along with the apps learn. It worked at first kind of but only got to 91%. I took it for a drive. It did not solve my hunting issue so I looked down at the scanner and now the tps was readin…
