Does anyone know what that's about and what to do? It goes back to normal for a short while after a battery disconnect.

I would also like to know. my truck flashed that on the overhead a couple of times going down the highway.

That's about all I can help. 

My guess would be it's going south or bad wire connection.  I agree with @TFaoro though.  I hope you get out figured either way.

ccd bus means the overhead cannot read any incoming CCd message.  

 

If hte cluster doesn't show it then it is likely a wiring issue in the overhead.

^agreed. Check the connector at the overhead console.

Does it come apart easy with screws or prying loose carefully? Thanks to all ya's Mike

Under the garage door opener section there are 2 plastic tabs just press them and pull back on the hole thing.

Mine was a bi... but it did pull back like mentioned above. Had a leaky light on the roof, was wondering how I was getting water coming out of push light. 

As @Dieselfuture said, it can be difficult to remove.  I tried to get mine off to fix one of the lights and gave up.  I couldn't get the clips free.  I'm sure more patience than I had at that time and it will come off easy.

Mine came right off, no big deal. But I was expecting trouble after reading many posts like the above..

Some slide right off. Others........not so much.
