I snooped inside it last night and for a truck camper I was shocked how much stuff they crammed in such a small space. Really shocking to see a full sized RV fridge in there. (WOW!)

Most likely tomorrow I'll install the VP44 and get it done. Today is suppose to rain all day. So I'm not wanting to work in the rain. Also his setup won't fit inside the shop anyways.

Well today was long day. Started out changing JAG1 injection pump and found the grid heater gasket were brittle and tore. So I stopped and ordered a intake gasket kit to get the two new gaskets for the grid heater. So ran to McCall and picked up the gasket and ran back. Finished up the injection pump install. JAG1 had picked up a cam sensor and installed that as well. But everything worked out good.

Busted JAG1 trying to escape the camera...

Why do you think the intake cover plate gasket isn't in the same shape as the grid heater gaskets, you were just a few more bolts away and you had the gasket in hand at that point? :duh:

What was wrong with his IP?

I'm thinking of going to Yellowstone this year.   :spend:  Your place is only a mere 10 hr away from there and at $12/night with discount it's a heck of a deal and the truck doesn't need any work. :truck:

Thanks for the comments. Having a great time here.

Should have Mopar Fest.... This place is great place. Mike and Mopar Mom are neat real folks.

A great place with beautiful surroundings.

Is your bad code gone now? I bet Michael could make quick work of converting my truck to stick shift.

Yeah the code is now gone. I grabbed my scanguage and reset the code for him. I figure the next time he comes back down I'll plan on doing the other other gasket for him. Conversion might take a bit more consideration.

Has to chuckle when I saw the turkey pic, my red heeler almost had a wild turkey by the giblets this weekend in my backyard, put the sneak on 2 of them and I wasn't paying attention to her because she was playing with a couple squirrels a few minutes before and then I heard the rukus start and 2 of them flew right over my head by about 3 feet with her hot on the tail. :stuned:

Just got home. Had a good run with no 0216 code returning like it was for 4 years before.

I gotta say..... had a real good time Mike and Mopar Mom. Thank you for prompting me to get over there.  Got some real rest and real fun.

It is an out of the way place with a whole lot of mountains towering over your place. It's beautiful.

Pleased with the comments and interest on my truck.... it's nothin' compared to Mikes powered up Second gen. It was a blast riding in with ya'

BTW, Anybody have antidote for getting off the slippery slope of power modes? I have an automatic :ahhh:
