  1. Mopar73Man put extra blow in insulation in the attic, I bet he burns a cord or two less this year. I believe in that stuff, but you got to get the good stuff that is like white fiberglass cotton not the ground up newspaper stuff that;s bad. I had a wealthy client blow in double the normal amount. I was swimmin' in that stuff just to find each truss so I would not go thru the ceiling. I had the new circuit wire in my teeth while feeling my way to the other end of the house where the electrical panel was. It rolled off the spool of wire just fine and I didn't loose any teeth. You know.... like Dripley he has no teeth in that beak.... anyway, I think he said his heat bill went way down in that huge house.
  2. Next time go from the panel out to the other end with the breaker on. You'll be shocked how well it works
  3. Thanks!!!!! Steering wheel straight again!!!! I can actually see the speedometer now!!!! lol. I had a friend from across the street come over to make sure wheel was turning the rite way. And when to stop!! Worked out Perfect!!!! Thanks again!!! Well mine is supposed to be here tomorrow!! Hope when I get out of work it is here and I can get it going and figure out whats up with my truck!! The weather here in Buffalo seems to be taking a little break from the winter storm we had last week. So hopefully I can get outside this weekend and get it done!! Im pretty excited to see what this thing can do!!!!
  4. There is an adjuster on the tie rod that runs from the pitman arm to the rod end. I'm not sure of the correct terminology (barrell adjuster)? It has 2 pinch clamps on it. Look at it and see which way you need to turn it. One end is RH thread and one is LH thread. Since your'e that far off give it a full turn and go for a drive, come back, re-adjust and repeat. When you get close it doesn't take much of a turn to move the wheel a little bit. I didn't know that. How do you access it? What all can be done on our trucks. I've already had a friend turn off injectors and turn on electric fans a such on one of my cars but we don't have any of that stuff. It's #6 in these pics.
  5. Seemed to be when I was thinking about swaping to them a good many years back. Plus the 16's had higher weight ratings on them and are bit cheaper. About $25 a tire.
  6. The wife and I are headed out this morning in the rain, sleet and light snow to get load # 4. Should give us about 6 cords by the time it’s all stacked and split. The forecast is calling for 10-20” in the next couple days. Might be my last trip up the mountain, probably going to have to buy the last load or two.
  7. I've been working in my spare time to get more wood split and stacked. Being that winter is starting late here I'm not really using mush wood right now. Still got 2 more cords suppose to be delivered soon. Like this morning it 44*F and mild here little rain in the night.
  8. When it comes to keyboards I'm a pretty good pecker!
  9. Make sure you read to the end we changed a wire to splice a few times.
  10. Yeah, get the LX. That's what I have and it works great. The MX has special features that allow it to read codes on some special Ford ans GM applications. LX is good for Dodge, and if I can set it up you can.
  11. Should do it, but the ball joints studs will need to be cut off to them out with that kit. You'll see why.
