ARP head stud help
I believe some bolts/studs go into oil galleys. When I did mighty diesel head bolts, I had to suck the oil out of the bolt holes with a vacuum and compressed air, but you shouldn't have to do that with studs. I think machining the rocker cover only applies to common rails. Are you replacing one at a time?

Steering Box Leaking
Getting the pitman arm off can be tough. Definitely need a puller, "C" puller or whatever you want to call it.

MY time has come!
Another method, raise the front tires off the ground and stick a pry bar under the tire and lift up. If it clunks, ball joints or wheel bearing is bad, but someone has to be looking underneath to see what is moving.

We'll see how it holds up, this is my first experience with heim joints. It might have to be customized in the future or get a true DSS track bar with bushings.

Coil Springs
RockAuto, just under $230 shipped. I just looked on their website and they don't have them listed anymore. I'll see if I have the receipt with the part #...As far as ride, I haven't driven it really. She's kind of put away for winter. The rockwell coils are constant rate and thicker than oem. They will be a stiffer ride. You might want to look into skyjacker d25s or rcx coils. My initial measurements showed that the coils and spacers netted me 3", so with 1.5" spacers that leaves 1.5" for the coils. The description for the coils said they would keep it within 1" of factory ride height.

Best roll on bed liner?
I'm thinking of cleaning my nerf bars up this winter before they rust bad and wanted to use bed liner on them. Anyone have any good experiences? Something thick and durable that won't peel easy... Thanks

abs and brake light
RockAuto sells the actual oem parts, try them. I replaced all mine this fall and still had the light on. Come to find out the ABS module is bad, still haven't spent the $600 to get it fixed. I guess it's pretty common on all dodges in those years. Scan it before you spend over $100 on sensors.

Hard starts and weird tach
It counts rotations correct? Or is it just for the ABS module?

Hard starts and weird tach
Make sure you get an oem one, $30 on rockauto. I put one in from O'Reillys and it was defective...

Hard starts and weird tach
Rear diff sensor? Do you have a movie of the tach in action? I have had tach issues twice, once was the rear diff sensor and the other is when I had the stock lift pump wired wrong and it would run when my fuel boss was running and my tach would go haywire.

Hard starts and weird tach
002.MOV Don't mean to hijack, but since we're talking about tachs, is this normal? It's bounced a little for 2 years in idle.
