  1. Oh man, Sending healing thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery!!! When I moved back to the Tampa area several years ago, I sold my motorcycle because these idiots down here are too scary to ride around!!! This will sound goofy... But on wounds I will use my horses products. There are a couple of really good ones for serious wound care Google the names for reviews and before and after pictures. I will try to find the before and after pics of a couple of horse injuries that these products cleared up over the years. Vetericyn is one of them and here is a link to some testimonials http://www.valleyvet.com/ct_reviews_view.html?groupguid=ca828b68-47a5-417e-ae0a-0dc0e74149c2 And Banixx is another http://banixx.com/success-stories Hey, if it is good enough for my horses it is good enough for me!!
  2. Did you not use a jack to hold/lift it up in place while screwing the bottom nut on??? That is how this Gal got it done
  3. Just replaced all 4 Ball joints a couple of weeks ago and yes, the hub assembly I estimated at around 85-100#'s!!! It weighed more than 1 bag and felt more like 2 bags of horse feed!! (maybe a bit more )
  4. What kind of horses Dave?
  5. I Did go with the DAP. Ihad seemed to have a bit of an air leak when I drove it today so I loosened everything back up then re tightened... However when re tightening one on the return line banjo bolts it snapped off so now I really have an air leak. I am assuming that was maybe where I was getting the air leak to begin with... When I originally tightened them I made sure they were just snug enough and not over tight.
  6. Heck, if we are lucky I might find a hiccup in the road
  7. After removing the old injectors, I couldn't believe Yabba was running as well as he has been... (must be all on Heart) The old injectors were soooooooo nasty I have no doubt they were the original injectors. 257,134mi and now we have new life!! Icky huh?? Now, when I tromp on the pedal it jumps up to 80 in the blink of an eye!! Love it!!!
  8. OMG!!! WOW!!! Woke Yabba up and put some giddy up go in his step!!! I will post some pictures in a bit, I need to go take a shower, feed the horses etc...

  11. I believe you are correct Flagmanruss, They do not have enough overlap in my opinion either. I made sure that I put a ton of goo in the corner And after I reinstalled the moulding I squeezed even moor goo behind that!!!
  12. What does the dash look like??? ( OK,Everyone stop laughing... it could be in decent shape ) The dash in Yabba is not so great... The one in Scooby is in better shape and that's not saying much...
  13. Well my friend came over this weekend and we got some work done on the RV... (finally, seems like it has been so crazy lately) First I changed the old tail lights with new LED's and got the rear corner braced and put the new panel in place along with re sealing the back window
  14. I was going to do the injectors this weekend however, the back glass decided to change the game plan... After I filled up Friday I got into the truck and heard a THUNK when I closed the door.. Hmmm, that didn't sound right... thought it may have been the back side window wasn't locked but nope, out of the corner of my eye I saw the rear glass flap I drove very gingerly home and placed some gorilla tape on till morning... I knew I would be taking the window out to get the body work done that the previous owner caused some damage when he Jack knifed the 5 car hauler... Next will be paint....
  15. I also replaced the Pitman arm as well that ate 2 Harbor freight pullers I ended up going to Auto Zone to rent a good puller...lol
  16. Been meaning to get this posted before now however, it has been crazy busy... But here it is... The neighbor came by in time to help me put the hub assembly which weighs I believe at least as much as 2 bags of horse feed!!! Also had him take a greasy pic of me
  17. Glad everything went well LiveOak
  18. On the side of being devils advocate... Everyone starts somewhere All of these companies Started from scratch one way or another, and word of mouth sells the product until they become a great product that everyone is talking about and desire or a company that starts and does a crap job and goes out of business
