  1. Well, I used to use dyes from Flexproof, and a local company in Dallas who's name I cant remember... And install isn't hard at all and the kit should come with everything you need...
  2. I personally found EPDM Coatings customer service to suck!!! They were fabulous on the sales side of the coin however when there was a problem with shipping ( It was over 3 1/2 weeks late) They were slow to non responsive!! I would call and leave messages and no one would call me back, I would finally get a hold of a human and then it was a pass the buck kind of feel to it... Granted I didn't order a huge amount, just enough to patch the area that had a hole in the roof...By the time it came I already had the repair done with the eternabond which arrived 4 days after I ordered the product...When it still had not arrived 3 weeks after my original order was placed I tried canceling the order completely but they said it had already shipped, they then emailed me a letter stating about having to pay the to and from shipping plus restocking fee and a charge if the can was damaged (it came with a dent in the can ) so by the time you add all that together it was cheaper to just keep the product and lose the headache of dealing with that company... Now I had full intention that I would be buying enough to recoat the entire roof by the middle of next year but, that isn't going to happen!! I will be buying a full EPDM rubber membrane and redoing the roof that way!! My
  3. I have a coverlay dash replacement in YabbaDoo and I use to use those when I had my detailing and interior repair business. They have always held up well and have a lifetime warranty http://coverlaymfg.com/lookup.html?clearparts=true&PartTypeTree=Dash+Board+Cover I use to dye them to match the interior
  4. Awesome!! Cant wait to see the progress you make
  5. Welcome from Florida Your truck sure is Pretty
  6. Yes, that would be the whole lower half
  7. As mopartechnician said remove all hardware and pull out of the truck (be careful not to bend it too much) remove old material and then use a wire brush to remove old glue and bits of the old foam. Here is a good video describing the process http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-MmT72NDtTs...
  8. I need the lower half of the dash... I already have the coverlay dash cap Don't need the bezel or clear lens..
  9. Hey Rancherman, does that cab have a half *** decent dash? If so, how much wold you want for the dash? the one inYabbaDoo is in really bad shape! Thank you ( providing dieselfuture doesn't need the dash with the cab of course)
  10. You know ISX, if it is just laying around like a paper weight, I could give it a good home ;) after all it looks like you keep the poor thing in a garbage bag.... I promise to put it to good use
  11. Removing a headliner and replacing isn't that hard at all... I have done it on several vehicles over the years In fact, I need to do Scooby soon as it has been about 13 years since I did the headliner and it is now sagging a bit... As soon as I do will at least take pics and maybe a video A couple- 3hours work tops... If you want a quick but ugly fix you could use thumb tacks
  12. Umm Mike, I thought the 24v had a VP44 injection pump not the p7100 like the 12v???
  13. Ok, since I put the new 60hp injectors in the idle seemed to be set too low... I would have to turn the AC off whenever I came to a stop otherwise the truck would run rough and even stalled a couple of times... I would have taken a video however it was just a bit too tight to stick the camera in place and get a decent shot of what I was doing so, I did the next best thing and took some photos (I adjusted the screw with the truck running)

  15. Send them to me I will make awesome drums with them!!!
  16. Nice little Willys Jeep..
  17. I knew they were a bit too old but yes, I checked the pressure before I left and I was only doing 45 max speed but when it blew maybe about 30 I had just pulled out of the grocery store ... (all back roads no highway) All but 1 of the 4 tires had great tread at least 58% depth left . The one that blew wasn't the one I had a question about... The one I thought would have had an issue did fine (about 35%) I knew I would be replacing all before my fall trip anyway I will say the fridge ran well all weekend on LP though And it did pull nicely even in strong winds
  18. Thanks guys!! I did get it working before I left and it is still running and keeping the beer COLD!! I did have a blow out on the way to my destination that took out the fender skirt and ruffled some of the aluminum... I changed the tire and on the way I went and it gave me no more issues. I do have to tear apart my generator and rebuild the carburetor however, it was running rich and making the muffler glow... (didn't see that during the day when I started it to make sure it still ran... haven't used it in several years, but it started right up and ran for 10 min on what little gas I had on hand) I just turned the throttle down a bit and shut the air off and all was good...
  19. I know That and re-head many drums!!!
  20. Out with the old crappy plastic faucet... And in with the new Brass base and Chrome finish Took a while to get the LP to work on the fridge today, it would light then kick off I took the orifice out and cleaned it and re installed it again and it was still lighting and shutting off quickly... what finally worked was to keep lightly tapping on the orifice till it stayed lit long enough to burn off all the old crap I guess... I let it run for a couple of hours before switching back to AC for the night Letting it get nice and cold before taking it for a Labor Day camping trip!! Providing now that the earth drys up a bit... We have had so much rain lately and the ground has been so saturated that even though it had started to dry out and get firmer, we had a super soaking here in Tampa this afternoon that may make it impossible to get the truck across the yard much less pull the trailer out Which means I will just take YabbaDoo with the camper top and go camping
  21. One of my clients gave me one last year However they guy he paid to skin and process the doe did a crappy job Heck I could have skinned it better with a butter knife!! On the bright side my dogs got about 10# of meat off the hide Took a while to flesh it and get it right... I can't seem to find the folder where I took the last pictures before I rolled it up to finish at a later date... All I have to do is soften the hide now and it will most likely be a bed throw in the RV I'll be waiting on the new hide Joe
  22. I'll take the hide if you don't want it :-)
