  1. the quad fuel pressure sensor is a 0-100 sensor. You will need to get a sesnor with the same range to be accurate.
  2. There's currently a %15 discount on the switches until dec 1st.
  3. I found this pretty cool. a lot of economoy car tech will come from this. ~45% improved hp and tq purely based on true variable valve timing.
  4. Since we did not design and build the unit it is VERY hard for us to trouble shoot it as we dont know how Ed created it. The theory of the switch was all that Mopar1973man did in the production. What I have seen is that the issues with Ed's switch generally stem from a break in the wires in the loom. I would probe the wire on the plug side, and the switch side to look for a short. The wire color should ID what is what, but again we have no idea what Ed used for each wire so I can't help much there. I would probe the bare wire first as generally that is the wire to blame. The mopar1973man switch was designed from scratch so what we have does not match what Ed created.
  5. haha nope sorry it is a 1 way communication from the ecm.
  6. is did this "jump" without flashing the tune?
  7. @Dieselfuture @mopar1973man I am assuming ambient temps are lower now than they were a month ago?
  8. don't worry about it yet.
  9. Did that change recently? Both late and early trucks are reading boost via the canbus message so if idle is reading 1-2 then the ecm is reporting that.....unless I am calculating boost incorrectly from the ecm, IE cummins didn't follow the standard layed out by SAE. @Carbur8tr What is your truck reading for boost at idle?
  10. The flash I posted has the wiretap stuff in it also. If it still reads 2 psi at idle we need to look into why your ECM is reporting boost as 2 psi at idle.
  11. Yep, 2 places to check, The wiring soldier to the back of the switch. This was a large flaw of the switches Ed made, thats why we redesigned the switch when we took over the production, sales, and support of the switch. Other place is the bare wire in the loom. It had a tendency to "rot"
  12. I export to FX explorer as a CSV. It's a little clumsy, but compared to the other vp44 data loggers ( there are none) it is great. @Dieselfuture Been mulling over your 2 psi issue. The quad reads boost from the ecm from 0-16psi. If you are seeing 2 psi at idle that must mean that either your quad is flashed with an older flash that had issues or your ecm is reporting boost at idle for some reason. Try to reflash your quad with the flash in this sticky https://mopar1973man.com/topic/12025-how-do-i-manually-install-the-quadzilla-driver-load-the-quadzilla-v2-tune-on-windows-10/
  13. Cool setup. @Carbur8tr might try to add this to your macro. let me think about this. Try flashing a old pre v2 flash and let me know if idle shows as 0
  14. @Mopar1973Man Looks like it is an old switch from Ed, Those switches sold through DAP were actually created by Yankneck696 and sold through DAP. Mopar1973man didn't actually do any building of those first switches, the theory behind the switch was ours, but that is about it. Now your issue is likely due to design flaw that Yankneck created by mounting the switch to the wires directly. When we took over building the switches we redesigned the switch to use a PCB board and proper connections. To fix your issue I would check to fraying in the bare wire in the loom on the engine side.
  15. Says the guy with a New Dana 80 hahaha
  16. @CSM The tune is a bit different than the one you drove with. much more off idle meat. I blew the tires off the truck with a trailer hooked up leaving a stop sign haha.... Thankfully the trailer was empty. Haha hard getting used to the change.
  17. Did a little tweaking of my tow tune I just leave it turned up, cruise state I don't have any wiretap, then a touch of throttle and I am in the 15-20 psi range. Great off idle power, with a touch of haze.
  18. Too, I never save those. I'll post them sometime, but you can just highlight all columns the. Insert a line graph.
  19. I posted the CSV above. That's all I used.
  20. It's pinned at the top of the section Maybe I should rename it. lol
  21. Just pulled a horse trailer at 65, netted 17.7 mpg. Pretty happy.
  22. I dunno man, all I know is if I don't get winter some heads are gonna roll..... I need snow or I get a little twitchy
  23. 19* this morning compared to 46 yesterday, topped 80* 2 days ago haha.
